This was a quaint and enjoyable room with a patio area to the side. Not really a balcony. Large, bright and well equipped. I enjoyed my stay. No elevator.

Great location with the two key sites in easy walking distance.
Hard working and helpful host, Yanzi mama was very kind.. Excellent homely service and made to feel very welcome.
Room was very spacious and I enjoyed the breakfast. It was Chinese style- I liked how adding spice and soya sauce etc was up to you, so you could adjust to your taste.
The only drawback was other guests letting their kids run around and scream late at night - please think about other guests dear parents of young children!

room is clean. hotel on the park territory. around 700 meters from trail begin. breakfast is very simple. Chinese restaurants avaliable around 300 meters from hotel.

民宿帶有讀書房，寬敞的公共區域和被歸為非遺傳承的手工仙草製作坊，社區中的各種活動也都在這裏舉辦，老闆也是當地流浪動物救助的創始人，因此，相對周邊民宿，居住者可以進一步瞭解當地生活，而不僅僅是作為一個睡覺的宿舍。

這家燕子民宿令人印象深刻，如家一般温暖的室內裝潢，周到的服務讓人感到賓至如歸。我們房間住的是親子房，一進去裏面超級大，而且佈置的很温馨且乾淨！房間裏有玲娜貝兒，而且房間的暖氣也很足，讓寒冷的冬夜多了暖意❤️
其次，老闆和老闆娘也很好！一到老闆就貼心的讓我們先進去房間放行李，擔心我們凍着。然後第二天也喝了燕子媽媽親手製作的豆漿燒仙草，喝了三杯！超級好喝，早餐份量也很足，吃的非常滿意！
最後老闆娘非常熱心的給我們詳細介紹了半天多遊玩丹霞山部分景區的路線，讓我們少走不少彎路！人真的超級好，非常友善，下次來丹霞山非常推薦來這裏！！

其實一開始訂這個酒店，只是覺得離景區很近，所以就直接訂了。直到去了酒店才知道，老闆和老闆娘真的超級無敵好，早餐很豐盛，有麥片咖啡豆漿可以選（重要的是加的仙草是自己家種的，還是非遺傳承），然後就是玉米，餃子，雞蛋和橘子，一樓有很多很多書可以看，有鋼琴可以彈，有乒乓球可以打，老闆娘還是當地一個非常有名的民宿親子游授課老師，關鍵她還非常耐心和我們講解丹霞山遊玩攻略，衹能説棒呆，下次去韶關，一定還去這家！！！

本來訂了其他酒店，老父親説以前在這家住過，印象不錯，所以後來取消了別的酒店再次來入住，老闆和老闆娘熱情招待，有小型圖書角、積木、玩偶供小孩玩，退房當天工作日沒有其他人預訂我們住的房間，老闆娘給我們延遲退房了，給我們安心玩耍不用趕着回來退房，帶着長者小孩給我們很大的方便。房間不足就是插座只有一個，另外一個在廁所裏插電吹風，不太方便顧客。而且房間燈光比較昏暗，不適合小朋友看書。

這家客棧必須必須給好評！！！！！雖然裝修沒有其他店那麼古香古色，但乾淨衞生整潔，而且老闆老闆娘特別好特別熱情特別貼心，我和我朋友兩個i人都不好意思了。一開始我是訂的隔壁隔壁的店的，結果店裡沒人，來人後房間也有問題，拖了我們有半小時以上！！（本來卡點看日落的結果這一拖沒看上！），然後退了找了幾家都沒人在，只有這家還沒進去老闆就很熱情招待了我們！！幫忙調了房間知道我們趕時候還開車送我們去陽元石入口，晚上回來還有糖水喝還有**柑吃，看到我們拿了生日蛋糕還主要提供了打火機，還上來送了衹很大的娃娃 ˚*̥（∗*⁰͈꒨⁰͈）*̥哇哦~離店的時候還想送我們去韶關站，要一個多小時哎趕緊拒絕了，給我和朋友都整得不好意思了，總之體驗特別特別好，房間光線也很好，忘記拍酒店圖片了，用幾張風景照替代吧。

第二次入住燕子呢喃民宿，體驗依舊滿分！🏞️ 上次公司團建已是2020年，這次再來發現硬件設施更加完善，水上丹霞的遊船也煥然一新。🚢 民宿主人依舊熱情好客，晚餐推薦更是美味，尤其是炒螺，簡直是一級棒！👏🍽️ 房間寬敞温馨，丹霞山的美景也讓人難以忘懷。下次有機會，一定會帶朋友再來享受這份寧靜與美好。👭🌄
