Danxia Mountain Panshan Hostel

The room is clean and tidy, the homestay has cultural taste, the owner is enthusiastic, and a tour map is given. Although there is no breakfast, there are simple restaurants around, which is convenient for eating. It is a 15-minute walk from the Danxia Scenic Area, with its own parking space, quiet environment, and good rest, so I stayed for two consecutive days.

The guest room was extremely shabby and the washbasin was cracked and leaking! It turned out to be a squat toilet! There was no cold water before 11pm, only scalding hot water, and it was impossible to take a shower or flush the toilet! (It may be due to the municipal water pressure as explained by the boss, but the main reason is that the hotel does not have a cold water storage tank). In addition, because the bed and toilet are separated by glass, the room will be brightly lit at 5 a.m.... If you complain to the boss, just say: This is not a star hotel. If you are not satisfied, you can return. Because this B&B was chosen by a friend and we shared three rooms together, we couldn’t change hotels at the moment. I don’t mind at all that more than 400 people are staying in a B&B during Golden Week, and I don’t mind that there is no elevator on the 4th floor. But the fact that the guest rooms are so dilapidated and not repaired reflects the owner's hospitality and professional attitude. It can only be regarded as a stay experience in a primitive underdeveloped area.
