Idéalement situé, l’hôtel est propre et confortable. Le restaurant est également très bon. Seule la literie pourrait être améliorée.

Wir wollten auf Grund unvorhergesehener umstände unsere Buchung in diesem Hotel um einen Tag verschieben. Wir stellten über Booking eine entsprechende Anfrage. Nicht ohne vorher zu überprüfen, ob das Hotel eine entsprechende Verfügbarkeit hätte. Wir stellten per booking die Anfrage, die postwendend abgelehnt wurde. Ich rief im Hotel an und mir wurde äußerst unfreundlich mitgeteilt, das nur Booking in diesem Fall etwas machen könnte, da wir die Buchung dort vorgenommen hätten. Also nahm ich Kontakt zu Booking auf, die wiederum mit dem Hotel sprachen. Ergebnis: nur das Reservierungsteam des Hotels könne eine entsprechende Änderung vornehmen. Booking informierte also das Hotel schriftlich über unseren Wunsch der Umbuchung. Nach 3 Tagen immer noch keine Antwort des Hotels so informierte uns Booking. Ich muss nun in den sauren Apfel beißen und diesem Unternehmen 214€ an Storno Gebühren überweisen. Zugegeben unser Fehler, aber ein weinig Entgegenkommen oder zumindest eine Erklärung des Sachverhalts durch das Hotel ist doch nicht zu viel verlangt!

Ein Mal im Jahr habe ich beruflich auf der anderen Rheinseite zu tun. Da liegt dieses Hotel strategisch günstig für die Anreise am Vorabend. Schlappe 200 Meter zur Rheinfähre. Und auch sonst nur zu empfehlen. Großzügig geschnittene Zimmer, blitzsauber, ruhig und teils mit atemberaubendem Blick auf Vater Rhein, supernettes Personal, solides Frühstück.

Kamers waren zeer onhygiënisch. Overal vuil op de grond, babybed bevuild, ontbijt met gebruikte servetten in de broodmandjes, een uur lang moeten wachten op ons avondeten. Besproken met uitbaters. Sommigen eerder onvriendelijk, anderen luisterden maar geen bereidheid tot enige vorm van compensatie.
