It was a very nice experience, I will consider coming on vacation with my family, the staff is very friendly and professional, the rooms are very clean, the food at the restaurant is very good, I had a very nice surprise from the staff for my birthday . You have many beautiful places to visit. I strongly recommend this Hotel.

The location is strategic, the place is quite clean, but the room lights are a bit dim, although it's all lit up, the food is pretty good, but one room has a different menu, 1 white rice, 1 fried rice plate

The place is very comfortable for resting, not noisy. There is motorbike and car parking. Highly recommended for those who need a hotel when in Pasuruan city. The service was very friendly, even delivered to the room. Opened the room and turned on the TV and AC. The facilities provided are 2 bottles of drinking water, 2 towels, cupboard and Wi-Fi. TV, AC and heater (heater for warm water) function well. The day and night views around the hotel and the interior of the rooms are as shown in the picture.

K Gallery Hotel have beautiful view of mountain, outdoor activity area, walking track, river, and mini zoo. Beautiful view from the tables outside the restaurant, a perfect view while enjoying breakfast. And also, we had anniversary dinner at the rooftop. The staff was super helpful, the food was amazing. We really enjoyed our dinner and we had a wonderful evening. Dan yang paling aku suka di hotel ini adalah family-kid friendly. Banyak sekali aktivitas yang bisa dilakukan bersama keluarga dan anak, seperti: t-shirt painting, clay making, horse/Falabella riding, fun fishing, animal feeding, donut boat, harvesting, etc. The hotel maintain the health protocol very well and we felt safe! Definitely will come back for sure!

A good resort with so many facilities which is located in rural area. It will also serve you a beautiful view. Not only good for staycation, it also good place for family vacation with the waterpark that is provided.

First of all, the room is large and the roof is very high, which means the temperature is very low. The quilt is very thin and there is no air conditioning. The blanket is small and pitiful. And facing the street, the sound of motorcycles on the mountain road outside (local residents use motorcycles as their main means of transportation) can be heard one after another one night. The second thing I want to complain about is their buffet breakfast. It is the worst breakfast I have ever eaten in a hotel where the room rate is 2,000 yuan a night. And the flies keep coming, I don’t know why they don’t take measures. It is not recommended to go to their SPA. I had a temporary change of schedule and had half a day to spare. Also, because I had to drive late at night the day before, I went out to climb a volcano at 2 a.m. My body couldn't bear it anymore, so I made an appointment at the SPA. The word cold, from beginning to end, cold has been running through my feelings. The press is very average. It is estimated that the store owner did not expect this spa to become the main decoration.
