First impression after arrival: From the outside a large and somewhat forbidding hotel as if from the old communist eastern block era in need of some love and care. But, receptionist very friendly and helpful indeed. Standard rooms fully booked but given free upgrade to suite. Excellent! Large room but furnishings dated and old fashioned. Bed very good though. Roughly 2x2 meters! Updated bathroom. Corridors very noisy. A group of youngsters was staying and they caused a racket! Room doors with old fashioned locks and doors could only be closed with a loud bang! Restaurant large but not cosy or intimate. Food (all inclusive menu of the day) ok in parts but not good in others. Staff efficient and helpful. Free parking. Handy for shopping with both a Mercadona and Lidl opposite. And, in case you need it. The local hospital is next door!

Estuve este agosto con mi pareja ,fuimos con un viaje programado e íbamos unas 40 personas en un grupo organizado. Habitaciones amplias,cómodas y limpias. Personal serio pero profesional. El problema viene en el restaurante, mi pareja es intolerante a muchos alimentos y la persona responsable del comedor parece ser que no lo entendía, decía que tenía que ser informada por nuestro guía, nosotros le dijimos que si no le bastaba nuestra palabra. Se ve que la agencia en este tipo de viajes tiene como un menú cerrado (nosotros no lo sabiamos)pero esta señora tenía 0 empatía con los problemas personales de cada uno y accedió a cambiarnos parte de ese menú por lo que ella consideraba oportuno, no pedíamos nada excepcional, una tortilla francesa por ejemplo, pues no ,la señora no accedió, acabemos yendo a cenar fuera. No volveré ni lo aconsejo a nadie con intolerancias. Desayunos pastas industriales, frutas y fiambrera. Hotel alejado de todo el centro.

Buenas tardes. Muy buena atención de los trabajadores, en especial de Rocío. Muy profesional en su trabajo, educada y muy agradable. Volveré sin falta cuando pase por Reinosa ya que tengo ganas de probar su menú ya sue siempre está lleno de gente.

Las patatas una locura, Rocío… inigualable, un trato espectacular. Fui con amigos cenamos genial. Repetiremos sin duda, la zona una maravilla, buen aparcamiento…. Enfin que decir de la capital de la nieve. Local recién reformado, y los platos buena presentación.

Hotel de tránsito. No tiene algún aneniti particular, sencillo habitación cómoda. Cama cómoda almohada incómodas. Se ve no muy bien mantenido los cerámicos o azulejos del baño presentan manchas. El marco de la manpara tiene oxido. Desayuno continental normal. El restaurante tiene buen menú. La atencion del personal es muy buena. Es ruidoso y no hay aire acondicionado o sistema de ventilación. Imagino que con calor extremo debe ser incómodo o que no hace calor en la zona
