Good location, but terrible service. No lifts, reception (for check-in) not 24h and closes around 7pm - which was not mad eknown until booking was paid. Some rust and not design friendly showers and sink. They communicate through messages constantly and its quite bothersome - and only notified last minute to pay city tax and were not flexible with timing or online payment. Breakfast value was also bad - no hot food available.

Reims is a small city, so I went around around the hotel. The bathroom was a little small, but I was satisfied and had a good rest as the price was reasonable.

This was a great option for a single traveller, with a single room at a single price. It is close to the station, and nicely appointed. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. I was a little concerned with the baggage storage whilst I headed out for the morning, as all the bags were simply left around the reception rather than being securely stowed until collection. However a small niggle on what was overall a great stay.

Tiny Bathroom Excellent location, parking convenient, helpful staff. I booked a small double, so was expecting a small room and that was ok. But the bathroom was TINY! It was very cramped and uncomfortable to use and I am of average size. Had I known this I would have booked a standard room.
