We stayed here last minute. The staff were so friendly after a long drive. They helped us with our insurance after as well. We had a lovely dinner nearby which was steak and chips. Everything was sorted for us on our arrival such as parking. Great location and will definitely come back. Thanks

Your level of expectation will affect your experience here. What's good: the location is great, a short walk from the cathedrale and most city sites. What's not: three people in a room is too intimate. The ventilation is poor. You will be climbing stairs If we return to Reims, we'll be looking elsewhere to stay.

Perfect location and great value for money
Very nice hotel in excellent location. Paid car parking in the building next door. Staff very friendly. Hotel doesn’t have a lift so anyone with mobility issues would struggle with the stairs. We will regularly use this hotel en route to other locations in France as it great value for money.

A very well located hotel. To visit the city center of Reims and the Cathedral, it's perfect. Very warm welcome, well advised for safe parking. The room was very good, good bedding.

Despite the sympathy exuded by the managers, it is difficult to give a positive rating. We got a room on the 4th floor (no elevator - we hadn't been warned). Very cramped. Poorly soundproofed (unlucky, with noisy neighbors, we had to ask for silence twice). Shower door broken and replaced by a sticky curtain. Positive points: in addition to the friendliness of the managers, the breakfast, quite correct, and the location, a stone's throw from the cathedral.

On a business trip in this small hotel very well located in the center of Reims. Pleasant welcome, not very expensive and good breakfast. Moreover, in a quiet street. I recommend for short stays

The hotel is just a few meters from the cathedral and is in a very nice area. Great bakery around the corner for breakfast. The room was a shoebox and only had a side view of the cathedral. It was a bit too expensive for that. OK for one night.

Planes booked one night in December, on the way to the Netherlands. Small hotel located a few hundred meters from the cathedral. Surprise upon our arrival; room located on the 4th floor.....without elevator....and with a small staircase.....no mention on their site of an elevator or not... Reasonable room, but bathroom to be reviewed. ....... Difficult to park in front of the hotel even for a few moments to take out the suitcases. Paid parking nearby...16 euros for the night. Breakfast in a small room...nothing extraordinary. An address to spend a night but probably not more...especially if you have a room on the 4th floor! High value for money...more than 100 euros for this type of hotel is very expensive!
