Rooms very small. Little ventilation. Bathroom tiny. Poor quality toiletries - no shower gel. Staff didn’t know what they were doing. No facilities as such. There was a bar but it was closed! Only thing going for this hotel is that it is in the city centre.

We loved this hotel. It’s just off the main pedestrianised drag. You have to pass through a rather dingy tunnel but then you enter a pretty little courtyard and a charming hotel. The thing we loved was that it was like it had been caught in a time trap: unchanged for decades. An old fashioned lift; real brass door keys; a staircase carpet scuffed by generations of visitors. The rooms are small but perfect for our short stop and at a surprisingly good price!

Odeurs désagréables d'égouts dans les salles de bains... Surfacturation de petits déjeuners qui après 3 mois, ne sont toujours pas remboursées, etc...... A éviter au maximum...... Plus jamais.......... A déconseiller à 100% Nous étions 6 couples à subir ces désagréments....

Camera minuscola situata nella zona "rinnovata". Impossibile muoversi: tra il letto e il muro appena lo spazio per mettere un piede. C'è un comodino con sedia inutilizzabile perché incastrata tra il letto e non si può spostare. Le valigie o le metti sul letto o fuori dalla porta. Per il condizionatore devi chiedere il telecomando e faticano a dartelo (e non funziona). C'è un calorifero a muro funzionante solo a metà e in dotazione un calorifero elettrico. Bagno senza prodotti. Il corridoio di accesso pieno di cavi elettrici che prendono dal soffitto, muri scrostati. Unica nota positiva la posizione centrale.

- La télévision ne fonctionne pas et le personnel à l'accueil est dans l'incapacité de remettre en service. - Il faut être contorsionniste pour accéder au WC dans la salle de bain. - Pas de pression au niveau de la douche et du lavabo pour l'eau chaude. - Intérieur vieillot. - 3 étoiles ????

Ho prenotato due camere ad agosto. È in una posizione centrale, ma per accedere bisogna attraversare un corridoio che da sulle cucine di due ristoranti che poi porta ad un giardino che con una piccola scala conduce alla reception. La camera dei miei figli era terribile: datata, molto piccola, al primo piano; poiché l'hotel non ha l'aria condizionata dovevano decidere se morire di caldo o di puzza di fritto... La mia camera era al quarto piano, ristrutturata e gli odori si sentivano molto meno. Francamente non mi ha soddisfatto ed anche la colazione ho preferito fare colazione fuori.

Nettes kleines Hotel in der Innenstadt von Reims, direkt an der Fußgängerzone. Parkhaus direkt vor dem Hotel (17,- €/Tag). Das Hotel liegt in der zweiten Reihe und ist deshalb angenehm ruhig. Das Ambiente ist recht ansprechend gestaltet. Das Zimmer ist klein, das Bad ebenso. Die Dusche ist sehr eng, für normal- bis schwergewichtige Männer schlecht geeignet. Das Frühstück hat alles, was man braucht. Wenn das Rührei und die Saussages warm gewesen wären, wäre es noch besser gewesen. Die Aufschnitt- und Käseplatte wurde erst auf Nachfrage nachgefüllt, obwohl noch einige Gäste zum Frühstück kamen. Menschen mit nur geringen französischen Sprachkenntnissen können sich auf englisch gut verständigen. Wenn man allerdings angibt, auch deutsch zu sprechen, sollte das auch zutreffen. Wegen der großen Hitze hätten wir uns eine Klimaanlage gewünscht.

En effet l’hôtel est au cœur du centre-ville. Il bénéficie d’un excellent emplacement proche parking, restaurants, tramways et monuments. Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. Le prix correct et surtout un excellent petit déjeuner pour bien démarrer la journée😉 Bonne continuation à toute l’équipe et je vous souhaite une belle saison. Amäle VINCENT
