Recommended! I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, making it very comfortable. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

It was normal for a hotel. However, there was a slight vinegar-like smell in the room...
Tolworth itself is a bit far from central London, and the nearest train service seems to be suspended on weekends, so you'll need to take the bus.

I rated it 4 but it only deserves 3 1/2. It’s a bit worn and could use both a good cleaning and a freshening up. Bed is clean, sheets and pillows felt great, but bathrooms need some work and overall room could use some upgrading. The positives are the price and convenience. It has a decent restaurant, it is located a short walk to Costa Coffee and several other shops, and it is literally 3 minute walk to Tolworth Station with 2 trains per hour to London Waterloo, 27 minute journey. Considering it is 1/3 the cost of staying in London, the price and convenience get bonus points. It also offers parking for £13 per night.

Hotel is average Premierinn standart. Stuff is lovely, all staff are brillant especially Mani is very kind and helpful.
