Our room was opposite the lift, room 208 but we're fine it as not many human traffic movements heard during our stay. Thanks to the hotel arrangement for the room facing the mountains and it was phenomenal and picturesque. Memorable! One thing to note that the door at the balcony was a bit at the loose end, that you have to push really hard to lock it. It was super chilly in the evening, sometimes the warmer works but sometimes it doesn't, in the event if the temperature outside drop to below -10°, the room will be super cold and you have to rely on the blankets to keep you warm instead. Overall, the room, free WIFI, breakfast and public facilities did meet our expectation. The wellness area on the other hand, is a bit over-crowded in the evening and there were no signs of free towel anywhere. I'd figure out myself that the towels are available in each of the compartment in the wellness area as long as there are no other belongings from guests. There's a small playground right in front of the hotel, had some fun with my kid playing snow and slide.

I've been coming to Regina for several decades. It has always been a home away from home. It is one of very few hotels that has managed to keep the luxury and allure throughout many years. They adhere to a very high standard on every level. For many it might feel antiquated, but if you're looking for something that is truly unique, that has stood the test of time and is not just another generic modern day luxury hotel, this is the place to be. There's not many hotels where you can sit in a lounge by a warm log fire, playing a board game while a pianist is playing. It's a hotel that is filled with history, warmth and kindness.

The cleanest hostel you can imagine. Everything in the kitchen and bathroom are tidy and clean. Not the best pillow you want but I brought it myself so it didn't affect me. The room is really warm that I didn't have to cover myself even it is -3 outside. It is in good shape that you won't have to walk shoulder to shoulder. Everyone have their own locker that can easily fit my 30L backpack. However, there are only one EU socket in the room. It provides one USB A socket and a wireless charging rack for each bed but I don't think it is enough for people having laptop. Some of the wireless charger are also shaky so not the best place for you to put your phone on. The location is really good too, only 3 to 5 minutes to Interlaken West station and 15 to 20 minutes walk to Interlaken Ost (East). Breakfast is average, not the best for budget travellers. COOP half-price food cost much less if you are not that picky.

The hotel is a building built in 1891. It has undergone renovations over time, but still needs to update its standards. We were only there one night. The room was small, as was the bathroom. Access to the shower was a little frustrating, because the old sliding doors did not slide well. They were supplied with soap and shampoo, there was no hair dryer. They don't have air conditioning, but in September, we opened the windows and the temperature was fine. The room had a standing fan. They offer breakfast and it had options and was well cooked. For us it was very good: juices, hot dishes, yogurt, cheese, we had a good breakfast. The best thing about the hotel, the location and the staff who assisted us that day. You can walk the distance between the station and the hotel, more or less 7 minutes, and around you find shops, markets, restaurants, internal bus routes. We were attended that day by Lucía, who received us with great enthusiasm and warmth, she recommended how to go to the places and the beautiful parts of the lake, which buses to take, and gave us some passes to take free public transportation. We feel very well cared for. We were also assisted by a guy who explained to us how to enter the hotel after 9:30 when the reception closes. He was also very attentive and friendly.

We stayed 3 nights . The hostel location is a best . It near to Interlaken OST . Nearby with Coop supermarket . Staying here u will feel young and vibrant as hostel full of people . We do enjoy our stay, especially we can enjoy food in the same pantry @ level 1. Sometimes we do share our food . Example I bought extra eggs from coop, I can offer to someone / couple . It’s really good culture of sharing food and not waste it . The stay include hotel breakfast . Location - best . I prefer staying in interlaken OST instead of west Breakfast- good . With bread, yogurt , hams, eggs . Personally I loved the chocolate drink Room- we are lucky to have a double room with own bathroom . Our room is corner room, it bigger space for me to put 2 luggage Noise - yes. As it’s near the train station. To us, it’s ok even the windows is open during night time . As there’s no aircon or fan in the room Bathroom- standard . U need to prepare your own toiletries. Friendly reception despite early check-in. The rooms are small, but all equipped for a short stay. Breakfast takes place in a conference room and offers something to start in the day. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately, the room was extremely ring-hearted, so we could best hear the Asian travel group from their rise to the departure with the car on Sunday morning at 07:30. - Franks per night the accommodation does not meet the price-performance ratio. The beds are rather narrowly measured. The room was at tropical temperatures above 30 degrees, which were to be tolerated only with open windows. This means additional noise emissions from outside conversations and roller bags.

We stayed in a suit for 4 adults, we were 3, the room is very clean and lot of space, workers are very nice and gentle, good reception, free car parking area for residents. Breakfast was very good, although there are few varieties, but delicious and nice. There is a very spectacular park in the backyard, facing the lake with a very beautiful site. A very wide bath with a shower and bathtub,the bad thing about bathroom is that the shower box is a clear glass, that you'll be visible to everyone in the room while taking your shower, the bathtub also is open to the room with no door that the others will watch you sitting there, no privacy.
