Thin walls, next door neighbor had bday party with over 10 guest all night. Disgusting! So much hair in bathroom sink. Musty carpet. Won’t ever be back here.

The service was excellent. The staff member in the breakfast room was fantastic. We have never had such a pleasurable experience where a complementary breakfast was offered. The food was delicious.
The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very pleasant.
Would definitely stay again.

I noted my stay after check in.
I will never be staying at this establishment again.
I let them know after shopping and being out to eat I returned to my room and as I got closer to my room the smell of pot was so strong it made me feel sick.

We were contacted personally about the pool being closed which was not an issue because we were only staying overnight after our flight. Check-in staff was very kind and helpful as we had a very late arrival after flight delays.

No cot to rent out, staff didnt make an effort to help out something I ask about, i expected pool but it ddnt say online that it is not available. Pancakes are small compare to other days inn

The hotel room was nice and clean. My only issue was the child that drank from the water fountain at the pool then spit it out into the fountain, while his mom watched him and said nothing. Gross. That was enough to make me leave the pool area.

Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Reception area was dirty and unorganized. Reception desk looked cluttered and noticeable dust and dirty finger prints. Floors were covered in dirt, although difficult to keep floors clean with continuous outdoor foot traffic during snowing season.
Had the slowest checkin process I have ever experienced, given I booked through *******. Receptionist was either new or not worried to provide efficient service.
This days inn location is definitely better than the Victoria Ave location.
We did not try the breakfast, nor did we check it out.

Remotes were so dirty so much for protocol on cleaning. I had to clean both remotes they were discussing. No coffee tables by the sofa so no where to put your drinks.. if you want the kitchenette no dishes cutlery nothing bare cupboards so better bring all your own stuff.
We were there for two nights hoping to use that but would have had to go and buy paper plates etc. bed was very very uncomfortable king bed the wire frame was hurting under the thighs when sitting over the edge. Last no fault of the hotel partying all day til 7 am. We had a funeral in the morning and we’re not to happy. Don’t get a room by the stair case you hear bang bang all night also from doors shutting. We did call security a few times over night but no answer but at 6 they finally answered . We did get a smal discount on the room. Will not return to this hotel. Been to many days in with way better services.
