Posizione ottimale per raggiungere il centro. Personale di una gentilezza indescrivibile ,pronti a prevenire ogni necessità.posteggio in centro riservato.le camere sono molto accoglienti e la pulizia impeccabile la colazione è perfetta e offre anche preparazioni locali. Purtroppo il soggiorno è durato poco ma è stato indimenticabile . Tre stelle non sono sufficienti

Albergo pulito, personale gentile e disponibile, posizione ottima per visitare la città, camera grande e luminosa e perfettamente insonorizzata dall'esterno, colazione varia e abbondante e con qualche cibo particolare tipo la torta con mandorle e spinaci

Servizio perfetto, dai contatti per la prenotazione alla risoluzione di un nostr problema alla partenza ( batteria della vettura scarica e pronta assistenza del personale per consentirci di ripartire, senza slcun costo extra x il servizio). Consigliatissimo!

Ottima impressione sin dall’inizio, ovvero, da quando ho effettuato la prenotazione telefonicamente. Disponibili al 100%; per non parlare del sig Nicola Fontanesi, una persona fantastica e sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra. Si è fermato a parlare con noi consigliandoci dove cenare ed ha fatto centro. Garage sotterraneo dove poter parcheggiare e soprattutto si trova in centro, quindi a due passi al centro storico Camera pulita e bagno fatto molto bene( avevo addirittura la vasca idromassaggio). Colazione con prodotti di ottima qualità (muffin delle tre Marie) anche i panini molto buoni. Prezzo giusto. Beh, cosa dire, quando ritornerò a Reggio Emilia , sicuramente soggiornerò ancora presso la sua struttura. Grazie per la sua disponibilità gentilezza ed ospitalità

Questo è un vero hospitality! Io vado sempre per i 5 stelle ma quello che questo hotel ha fatto per mia figlia e l’amica supera tutte le stelle❤️si trovano il 22 luglio a Reggio Emilia per il concerto del loro cantante del cuore(Hanry style ) nessun albergo a meno di 900 euro a notte….ed in questo hotel un signore gentile ,quando hanno chiesto una camera ,ha detto….siamo pieni ma stanotte se non trovate altri posti potete stare nella hall,ci sono le poltrone e il bagno ,così state al sicuro!bhe !!! Grazie mille ! Non lo dimenticherò mai! 1000 stelle ai posti dove ci sono delle persone che sanno davvero fare ospitalità ❤️❤️

Hotel de charme idéalement situe (5 mn a pied du centre ville), chambre impeccable et confortable avec un accueil irréprochable. Petit déjeuner au top pour démarrer la journee. Parking gratuit et sécurisé…mais on trouve toujours de la place dans la rue… Nicolas, toujours avec le sourire et un accueil chaleureux, saura vous faire sentir comme a la maison avec toute une série de petites attentions. Avis aux amateurs de course a pied et trail, je vous laisse découvrir l’athlete…

In het centrum vh verkeersvrije en dus aangename Reggio Emilia, in een oud pand waarin met smaak nieuwe elementen zijn toegevoegd. Er is airco, lift en parkeergarage 50m verder. Geen terras of balkon, wel een lichte ontbijtruimte waar een uitstekend en uitgebreid ontbijt geserveerd wordt. Alles is erg proper en netjes. De kamer+badkamer zijn niet erg groot en in de badkamer mocht wel een haakje of plankje meer zijn. Het bed is prima. Ook zeer vriendelijk personeel.
