Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen in der Stadt und zu Fuß ist man schnell überall - allerdings ist diese weniger geeignet für diejenigen mit schlechten Schlaf - in der Nacht ist es sehr unruhig draußen und laut,aufgrund der Lage an der Straße.
Das Zimmer selbst ist sehr groß und das Badezimmer mit Dusche war auch groß genug.
Auf dem Flur vor dem Zimmer roch es sehr unangenehm - im Zimmer selbst ist davon dann zum Glück nichts zu bemerken.
Frühstück war bei meiner Buchung ausgeschrieben,allerdings existiert kein Raum hierfür und es gab auch keinen Hinweis hierzu & wurde komplett ignoriert.
Für ein kurzes Wochenende können wir die Unterkunft empfehlen

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per tre (3) notti e devo dire che la posizione è decisamente un punto a favore: centrale e comoda per visitare la città. Tuttavia, il traffico intenso circostante penalizza l’esperienza, rendendo difficile godere di un po’ di tranquillità. La camera era discreta, ma con alcuni inconvenienti. Non c’era un vero armadio, ma solo un anfratto per appendere gli abiti, il che può risultare scomodo per chi soggiorna più a lungo. Un aspetto negativo erano i cuscini: le federe erano pulite, ma i cuscini stessi avevano evidenti chiazze gialle, non proprio invitanti. Anche il bagno ha bisogno di miglioramenti. La porta della doccia non si chiudeva bene, causando fuoriuscite d’acqua, e il drenaggio non era dei migliori, lasciando l’acqua stagnante. Gli infissi della finestra erano vetusti e difficili da aprire o chiudere. Nel complesso, la struttura potrebbe beneficiare di una maggiore cura nei dettagli e in alcune manutenzioni, per garantire un soggiorno più confortevole.

Soggiorno di una notte dal 26/03/2024 al 27/03/2024. PESSIMO. La quantità di polvere presente nella camera, in ogni angolo (dietro la tivù, che ormai è diventata grigia, in passato era nera, sui reggi smartphone, sulla lampada, sull'asse degli appendiabiti, ecc.), non l'ho mai vista da nessuna parte, credetemi, se potete. Vogliamo parlare della comodità del letto? Cuscini praticamente inesistenti, materasso inqualificabile e le coperte... beh, ho cercato di immaginare che almeno li non ci fosse polvere. Nel bagno, nel complesso, una 'pezza' gli era stata passata, ma la ruggine sui porta saponi della doccia era vergognosa.

Camera ben rifinita, arredata con gusto e bagno moderno (con doccia). Posizione strategica perché, praticamente, al centro della città di Reggio Calabria, ed a pochi metri dal Corso principale e Lungomare. Per la colazione viene dato un buono da poter consumare ad un bar del Corso. Per la macchina occorre trovare parcheggio lì in zona, ma in genere lo si trova senza grandi difficoltà (strisce a pagamento fino ad una cera ora).

Buon b&b in centro, camere grandi pulite e con bagno interno molto vasto e ben fornito. Aria condizionata con pompa di calore, colazione al bar vicino che è un ottimo bar. Pulizia perfetta, letti molto comodi, materassi moderni e nuovi. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene, la strada eè molyo vicino al centro quindi ti permette di raggiungere tutti i migliori posti agevolmente. Ci tornerei sicuramente, saluti allo staff da Firenze.
