I wanted to avoid writing the review myself so as not to weigh on the negative opinions already expressed but completely truthful. We're talking about 3 1kg cakes upon arrival, where were they???? there was a quarter of cake and 3/4 biscuits!!! We're talking about a cake locked in a locked room and it was taken, sorry but if the door was locked how was it possible to take it??? I don't know that Lupine was staying with us at that time!!!! then.... you talk about staying longer than necessary for a shower first until 3.00 pm and then in another answer you talk about 4.30 pm, come to an agreement!!! true, this courtesy was requested but at 1.00pm and then I remember wrongly or the answer was: I can't because otherwise I would have done it by making you pay a supplement. An extra charge?? Are we joking?? How long have you ever heard of such a thing!!! Then you talk about cakes and juices brought to your room??' and where were they perhaps in dreams...and then if it's open 24 hours, what's the point of doing it when you have a room at your disposal, even if it's small and dirty? I'm sorry for your allusions and lies, you certainly don't conduct a business like that!! and we want to conclude by talking about double rooms sold for triples at 10 euros more by adding a simple folding bed and making the room so narrow that you couldn't even get through??? You're talking about a boiler for hot water, do you realize that where we were there was zero hot water after 9pm and we had to wait until the early morning to take a shower??? same thing said by other people who slept in other rooms adjacent to ours. I understand that the best defense is attack but if so many have given such negative reviews there must be some or rather more than one reason!!! We are in a country with freedom of expression of thought and freedom, you cannot share it but you have to accept it....so just meditate on the things that have been wrong and make sure that they no longer happen for the future to the customers of the structure to avoid further negative reviews!!! Simply terrible... I strongly advise against it!!!! I found myself there for a work commitment but never again!!!!!! The only strategic thing is the location but for the rest.....zero!!! Regardless of this super negative note, Reggio is a beautiful city.
