The reception service at the hotel is warm and friendly. The room facilities are very good. The rooms and bathrooms are large. The hotel is not far from the train station and is about a 10-minute walk. It is worth recommending!

The room was small and I felt that the heating was insufficient, so I had to supplement it with air conditioning, but the heating was warm and quiet. The bed is too soft for me to sleep on. The quilt on the single bed was also too small, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. There is no bottled water, you need to go to the restaurant to fill it yourself, the coffee machine has hot water. It is located inside the old town, easy to walk to all town’s attractions. It is accessible by car, but driving within the area is quite tricky. After some effort, we ended up in front of the hotel instead of the public parking, which is located at the back of the hotel. Quirky, and pleasantly decorated, we enjoyed everything - our Deluxe Double Room with excellent bed and bathroom, the very good breakfast served in a nice area, and most of all, the excellent, friendly service.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, a Friday and Saturday night. We loved the place and their friendly atmosphere. Our room was nice and modern, with a large bathroom. The staff was friendly. The dining area was pleasant with an outdoor courtyard and tables and chairs. The breakfast was healthy and delightful, coffee excellent, and there were gluten free and vegan options for those that needed it. The hotel is situated sideways on a narrow, cobbled street in a kind of courtyard. We drove and the parking is easy -- parking garage with car entrance on a bigger street parallel to the narrow one -- and an people entrance right at the hotel door -- and we got vouchers for 10 euro parking a day (rather than 14). And yes, as people have said, there is a nightclub in the same courtyard. It was not hot out so we left the window closed -- the soundproofing from the windows was excellent and really didn't hear anything that kept us awake. And yes, the staff does leave at 8 -- we used our room key to get in and to use the elevator at night.

When I saw earplugs as an amenity in the bathroom I knew we were in trouble. I had no idea that there was an all night club open from 9:00 pm - 5 am directly next door. I could have dealt more with it but the room was too hot and we needed to open the window. Did not sleep for 2 nights. I suggest the hotel not book the rooms on the square unless they are deeply discounted and perhaps young party goers wouldn’t mind staying there. I am deeply disappointed!

Very friendly, helpful staff. Best hotel breakfast for quite a while. Beautifully clean and we'll-maintained. Quiet except when building work was going on in the floor below. Great location for visiting the old town and for the car park next door. Being presented with a jam jar on arrival seemed a little odd. But it makes sense - you [re]fill it with chilled, filtered, still or sparkling water from a convenient dispenser near reception, so less rubbish/recycling. I enjoyed my brief stay in Regensburg, and I was delighted with my choice of hotel.

From check in to check out, the staff were excellent. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. It had obviously been renovated recently with high quality linens and fixtures. The breakfast was equally sumptuous. We highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent location (a short walk from the main train station). The room was nicely appointed. Breakfast was outstanding, with lots of local offerings. The staff was super accommodating, allowing us to do a very late check in.

From the moment of entering the lift lobby to checking-out on the next day, every aspect of the stay had been a joy and comfort. I booked a "double room deluxe" and it is really spacious with a big bathroom. The room is tastefully decorated and the space is very smartly utilised. The breakfast is a dream with a great variety of fresh fruits. Staff are all super friendly and helpful. The location is good, just a nice short walk from the station through a huge park, close to the Thurn and Taxis, a good starting point of wandering around the town.
