We were greeted very courteously and the service was also outstanding. It really couldn't be better. If we come to Regensburg again, we will definitely come back.
Other things to note: there is an underground car park and other parking options, including charging stations for electric cars. There is a lift, seating (particularly interesting for smokers) outside, everything is immaculately clean and stylishly furnished. I can only recommend it 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍
Directly opposite is an excellent trattoria - Trattoria Sorano: table reservation recommended -

For our trip to croatia we used this hotel for the trip to and from croatia. Because Regensburg was exact in the middle of the trip distance for 2 days. Nice hotel and great rooms. Also well located at the edge of the city center of regensburg. Plus: -great rooms - EV charging possible. - Friendly service - Good breakfast choice. Minus: - A bit too expensive breakfast. Offering a more two price level breakfast. Like a full and limited light breakfast choice would be nice.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, freundliches Personal und top Frühstück. In 10 min ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Parkplätze sind gegen Aufpreis vorhanden. Wir haben nur postive Erfahrungen mit dieser Unterkunft und empfehlen Sie gern weiter

Das Hotel Luis ist ein sehr nettes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel mit super Frühstück und sehr freundlichem Personal. Praktisch, dass die Altstadt fußläufig in 8 Minuten erreicht werden kann. Mit dem Zug ebenfalls gut zu erreichen und zu Fuß vom Bahnhof ca 10 Minuten entfernt. Auch die angeschlossene Trattoria auf der anderen Straßenseite ist zu empfehlen (Essen sehr lecker). Gerade wenn man später anreist und nicht mehr länger unterwegs sein will.

Leider konnten wir unseren Besuch wegen einer Magen-Darm Infektion nicht durchführen. Am Telefon wurde ich vertröstet, dass man nicht stornieren kann sondern dies über Booking anfragen muss. Darauf habe ich über Booking die Funktion angeklickt und unsere Situation geschildert. Ich habe nicht mal eine Antwort erhalten sondern es wurde pauschal abgelehnt. Schade!!! Anscheinend ist man auf jeden zahlenden Gast ob er anreist oder nicht angewiesen.

Leider nicht, was wir aufgrund der tollen Fotos und Bewertungen erwartet haben. Hundehaare auf dem Schlafsofa, Flohmarktmöbel und zum Teil abgerantschte Wände, Beleuchtung im Apartment viel zu dunkel, die Gerüche, die aus der Spülmaschine kamen, waren ekelerregend. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption hat die Beschwerden äußerst gelassen entgegengenommen. Da stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis leider nicht. Sehr schade.

Es war wieder ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Meine Tochter hat das Hotel gefeiert und würde Sterne verteilen. Das Team ist überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit, motiviert und sehr bemüht! Das Zimmer war überdurchschnittlich groß und sehr sauber. Wir hätten zwei Nächte bleiben sollen…

Als wir ankamen, waren die Parkplätze seitlich am Hotel von Gästen belegt. Im Umkreis ist es schwer Parkplätze zu finden um einzuchecken. Man kann dann mit der Zimmerkarte in eine Parkgarage gegenüber fahren (sehr schlecht gekennzeichnet - sowohl Einfahrt als auch Toröffner und die Parkgarage ist sehr eng. Abgesehen davon war der Empfang sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sind gemütlich und die Betten bequem. Das Restaurant und Frühstücksbuffet haben wir nicht getestet, es roch aber am Morgen sehr sehr gut.
