I cannot recommend this hotel if you are passing through heading south. Firstly, the female receptionists were rude and very unhelpful. We drove from Denmark to Croatia and booked the hotel both ways. I read on their website that they had a restaurant and that it closed at 9pm. On the way there, we arrived at the hotel at 8:10pm and were told there was a buffet and therefore they closed at 8:30pm. We had to hurry down to eat, which they reluctantly allowed because we arrived late. On the way back, we were told at the reception that the kitchen was closed, so instead of relaxing, we had to go out into the city to find some dinner. They had decided that everyone should have a glass carafe of water taken up to their room upon arrival. This was quite inconvenient when you were holding all your luggage and had to find your room by yourself. You then had to remember to bring the same bottle down with your luggage when checking out. Otherwise, you were asked to go up and get it before you could check out. One star for the mentioned receptionists.

The hotel was excellent in most ways. The rooms were great, bed was really comfortable and the food was very good. My real issue was that if we accepted the bottled water offered upon check in that we return the bottle to reception. It was almost an order. If you forgot whilst checking out they sort of insisted that we went back up and brought it down. I was in a party of 12 and every other person was instructed to return the bottle when they did not bring it down to check out. What are house keeping for? This annoyed some of our travelling party to the extent that all they talked about for half an hour after we left was returning water bottles. It was somewhat of a fly in the ointment

The hotel is very well located nearby the A3. The first impression at check-in was not great due to a mistake made by the hotel. We booked a family room and received a normal double room that was not clean. Luckily, staff at the reception reacted in a professional way and gave us alternative rooms that were very spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicous. Depiste the inconvience at our arrival, we highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel room was very nice, modern and very clean! Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate, but a bit more choice of ham/sausage would have been nice! We will definitely come back again!

Die Mitarbeiter/innen beim Empfang, im Service und housekeeping waren Spitzenklasse. Alle waren sehr höflich, kompetent und ansprechbar. Die Küche war hervorragend, auf jeden Wunsch wurde eingegangen. Die Zimmer und das ganze Hotel sehr ansprechend, gut ausgestattet und freundlich eingerichtet. Die Zimmer mit viel Platz, tollem Bad und qualitativ hochwertigen Betten. Dieses Hotel verdient die 4 Sterne ohne jede Einschränkung.

Das Hotel ist ganz neu und deshalb super schön eingerichtet. Die Zimmer und das dazugehörige Bad sind groß und alles ist barrierefrei. Auf dem Zimmer befindet sich ein Teekocher mit Teebeuteln, ein Haartrockner und ein Fernseh. Duschgel ist im Zimmer vorhanden. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und wird einem an den Tisch geliefert. Warme Getränke kann man sich selbst holen. Abends vorher bestellt man das Frühstück. Der Sitzbereich ist auch sehr schön.

Hotel con camere spaziose e super pulito.. Parcheggio disponibile in loco e gratuito da non sottovalutare. Colazione abbondante sia salata che dolce. Acqua gratuita per la camera. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima anche la cena consumata in hotel a pagamento. Ci tornerò!

Das in diesem Hotel praktizierte Inklusionskonzept ist grossartig, das Hotel ist modern, sehr komfortabel und die Leute sind überaus freundlich. Das Frühstück ist darüber hinaus sehr gut. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Es gab allerdings während unseres Aufenthalts ein ziemlich schlimmes Problem mit Gerüchen die aus Abflussrohren und/oder Belüftungen kamen (in manchen Zimmern, wir hatten zwei und eines hatte das Problem). An sich ist das lediglich eine Panne, was mich allerdings verstört hat war, dass ich keinen Preisnachlass angeboten bekommen habe und ausserdem so getan wurde, als sei das Problem unbekannt, was wiederum nicht sein kann, da bei Abreise die ganze Etage nach Gülle roch und zu diesem Zeitpunkt mehrere Angestellte auf der Etage mit Arbeiten dort beschäftigt waren. Merkwürdig. Wir werden dort nicht mehr übernachten, wünschen dem Hotel aber alles Gute, da es an sich sehr in Ordnung ist.
