Overall, however, the service staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel consists of several connected buildings. Labyrinthine and you can get lost. Our room on the 4th floor was accessible without stairs. We had a double room facing Haidplatz. The room consisted of sloping walls with thick wooden beams. For some "cozy", for us rather cramped and depressing. And dark due to the tiny windows. The beds were very narrow, a bit too hard, but comfortable and we still slept well. Air conditioning was also available. However, the bathroom was very small, with virtually no storage space. The shower for a slim figure just OK. The sink is barely big enough to wash your hands. The breakfast buffet is good, but for a hotel with a 4-star category there is room for improvement. But at least better than the 5 star Hilton in Munich. We always found something and were full. Until the end was permanently refilled. The coffee in thermos flasks on the table didn't really taste good and was only lukewarm. There was also sparkling wine. Bottles were still sealed. Unfortunately, there is no minibar and coffee maker or the possibility to prepare hot water for tea, although this is to be expected in a 4 star hotel. The evening stay in the bar was unfortunately not possible. Closed. Next time a slightly larger and brighter room and larger bathroom. Conclusion: These are our impressions of the hotel. We have tried to keep this review as neutral as possible. So it is the subjective and objective impression of me and my wife.
