I recently stayed at this hotel and had an exceptional experience. Despite arriving late at 2 am, the hotel staff was waiting for us and made the check-in process incredibly fast and smooth. The rooms were very comfortable and impeccably clean, which made for a very restful stay.
The location is perfect for taking a leisurely walk around the area, and the front desk staff were extremely nice and accommodating. Their friendliness and professionalism really stood out and added to the overall positive experience.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

I traveled to the grassland with my family and booked the Ruoergai Sherpa Hotel online. After checking in, I saw this soup pot restaurant downstairs. The taste was very good. I had a little altitude sickness, I don’t know if it was a psychological effect, anyway, the yak beef and mushroom soup pot seemed to be very effective for altitude sickness. The hotel was very clean and the soup pot was very delicious! The boss also gave us plateau potatoes, which were very delicious!

It snowed in Ruoergai in May, but fortunately the hotel had floor heating, which allowed us to rest comfortably for a night. The shoes that were wet by rain and snow were dry the next morning. The breakfast in the restaurant was also delicious!
