黃河度假酒店硬件設施不錯，房間大小合適，該有的設施都有了，有專門的停車場，停車方便方便。但是衞生太差了，床上有頭髮和體毛，衞生間雖然乾濕分離，但鏡子不乾淨。前台服務員服務愛搭不理的，離店時等半天也沒有人，衹能把房卡放前台桌上。

前台小姐姐不僅快速辦理完入住，還主動告知了周邊的美食街區和停車優惠，細節滿分。房間更是讓人驚喜，採光特別好，推開窗就能看到街景，屋內收拾得一塵不染，床品柔軟得像裹着雲朵，連浴室的洗漱用品都是我很喜歡的天然香氣，用着很舒服。最意外的是，晚上想喝熱水，打電話給客房服務，不到五分鐘就送來了，還額外多給了兩瓶礦泉水，特別周到。早餐種類也很豐富，中式的粥品、包子，西式的麪包、咖啡都有，食材新鮮，味道也很贊。住了三天，每天都覺得很舒心，無論是商務出行還是旅遊度假，這裏都絕對是首選，已經推薦給朋友了！
