The service attitude can be said to be excellent. I booked three rooms, one suite and two standard rooms. 1. The road is being built in front of the hotel. Not only is it impossible to park, it is also difficult to find the hotel. You have to carry your things with you. 2. There was a problem with the door lock of the family suite. I couldn’t open it once I went out for dinner. 3. The standard room itself used the room upgrade coupon of Ctrip Gold Member. When I called at 5 pm, I was told that it could be upgraded to a ******* style room. However, the front desk said that the underground KTV was noisy and it was recommended not to change. I waited until the afternoon to change. There was a house online, but the front desk said that the house was not closed and would not be upgraded. It was really a bad attitude.

Hygiene is worrisome...sigh

體驗簡直衹能用五個字來形容老破臟亂差。 1.房間異味嚴重，沙發上還有肉眼可見的大團污漬，床縫隙還有瓜子殼，和糖渣。房間設施老舊，門框積灰嚴重，屋頂發黴未處理，整個房間衹有被單和床鋪稍微乾淨點！！！ 2.酒店樓下還有ktv ，本來出來旅行開一天車就很累，而且還在高原上，ktv 凌晨一兩點還不消停！！隔音效果極其不好，可以説一晚上都沒睡好！ 3.酒店停車場問題及其嚴重！！可以説是亂指揮停放，這個停車場堵死，並且早上聯繫不到酒店工作人員，住客在前台拿出登記車牌本一個一個聯繫車主！打其酒店工作人員電話被告知打錯了？請問酒店為什麼要把一個錯誤號碼登記在上面呢？！還是説酒店方是在逃避處理嗎？從早上6點到9點沒有一輛車能從停車場出去，酒店方全程沒有出面過一次！！並且為什麼沒有在酒店入住的車輛為什麼可以停在酒店內停車場呢？！
