We arrived late in the evening, dead tired. And what a nice spot to land in. The young man at the desk was so nice, made check in super easy. We parked just outside the door and headed up to our room. Well appointed, nice bed, a little desk, a mini kitchen, sink, refrigerator, microwave. A comfy place to sit. The beds are a reasonable height, so you do not need a ladder to get to them. The black out shades are amazing. Bathroom is really nice, husband loved the shower. And here is my bestest most favorite thing. There is a little counter with a mirror outside the bathroom. So I was able to get dressed without having to wait for my husband to get out of the bathroom so I could use the mirror there. THANK YOU!!!! I believe we will be back.

Was pleased to see the ”fire place” very romantic gives off heat or not by the flip of a switch. The bathroom had toothpaste razor toothbrush as well as the regular things Very clean and the water had good pressure Comfy bed It was missing nothing including a full breakfast Highly recommend

The stay for about 30 classmates from my Pacific High (San Bernardino) Class of 1962 was extraordinary. From the early days of planning with Laura Fernandez, the head of sales, to the service of Arianna and staff in the breakfast area, to the front desk staff (Bo, Matthew, and others), the quality of care shown by the Redlands corps was marvelous. As co-chair of my high school’s 60th Reunion, I am so grateful to all of the Ayres family for helping to make our weekend such a success.

This hotel is in a good location off I-10. We only stayed here as it was a convenient stopping point on our road trip to get to our next destination. The hotel is nice looking from the outside. Plenty of parking. Front desk staff were not particularly friendly. The room though, was dirty. There were food crumb on on the desk, below the desk, and on the desk chair. In the bath, there were several pillowcases left behind from somewhere. The toilet had not been cleaned properly. The shower doors are covered with soap scum and the shower itself has soap remnants, hair, and had also not been cleaned properly. I sure would not recommend this hotel and am baffled why anyone would. Unless you have low standards. Holiday Inn now seems to be the lowest class of hotels.

Excellent service 

Everything was great. Except the room wasn’t cleaned up very well which made me feel pretty uncomfortable. The customer service was nice but the following morning I kept getting harassed over check out even though I requested and was given permission for a late check out at 1pm instead of 11am but other than that it was OK.

First impression was not good. There was someone smoking pot in the parking lot when we pulled in and the hotel has this funky smell to it. Also, the hotel is located in the middle of an industrial area w/ the highway right across. So it seems very desolate and uninviting at first. But when you get your room, it's pretty nice. We had a 2 bed room and the beds sheets/pillows were clean and there was enough room for both of us. I was expecting a dungy bathroom but it was nice as well. Good room for the shower and sink/toilet. Also very clean. Yes, there is some funky smells in the rooms that others have pointed out. I'm not sure where it comes from but you smell it and I guess we get use to it. It's not overbearing but a bit of an annoyance. Maybe it comes from the Air Conditioner. But best thing was proximity to the university. You don't need to take the highway from here to get to the university. Side streets and you'll be there in about 10 min time. Price was cheapest in the entire area of hotels. Booked thru Costco Travel. For a 1-3 day visit the hotel will suit your needs.
