Redditch North (A441)

I look to stay in Premier Inns (ideally with free parking) when I'm away because I know pretty much what to expect. I certainly wasn't disappointed on this occasion. My check in experience was very smooth and the check in clerk professional, welcoming and friendly. My room was spacious and clean with everything working as it should. I was delighted to see a bath rather than just a shower in the bathroom and at the end of what had been a busy day I enjoyed a luxurious soak in the bath which was blissful! I and my friends took advantage of the meal deal and enjoyed a delicious and sociable late evening meal at the Beefeater next door. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful and the food was good. The breakfast at the Beefeater the next morning was pretty good though the fried eggs and black pudding were overcooked and the tomatoes a little undercooked. The continental breakfast selection was good and the hot drinks machine great. All in all the breakfast represented good value for money, especially as part of the meal deal (dinner plus breakfast). The free parking at the hotel was an added bonus which I really appreciated. I'd happily stay at this hotel again.

Excellent service, rooms were immaculate, receptionist was lovely going over and above and the restaurant was great too, good price, good service and very clean, not too busy either so wasn't waiting long for food. Excellent location for motorway too

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. More drawer space would have been appreciated as we were there for three nights. The welcome was friendly and helpful, which set a good tone for the stay. We chose not to eat there as we were visiting family who live locally and we had meals with them. A very comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Warm comfortable room,good shower and bath and great night's sleep.Staff were helpful and it's a good location.The free WiFi was perfectly good for our needs and the tv was good too You know what to expect with Premier Inn and in my experience they don't disappoint.

Usual Premier inn high standard, very convenient location too but....Emma and Amanda were amazing and really friendly and professional. All too often great staff aren't recognised so I hope this goes some way toward that as well as adding my personal thanks.

Staff at the front desk are brilliant. Very helpful when the first room we were given (room 2) smelled like something had died inside. Old musty horrible smell. Second room (201) was nice and clean but they're looking very dated now, the TV technology is ancient and the windows didn't open. At all. Not even a crack. Normally not an issue but the air con is pathetically bad so the room was uncomfortably warm all the time. And so a poor night's sleep. Not impressed.
