Warm comfortable room,good shower and bath and great night's sleep.Staff were helpful and it's a good location.The free WiFi was perfectly good for our needs and the tv was good too You know what to expect with Premier Inn and in my experience they don't disappoint.

Lovely staff, lovely breakfast, room was clean apart from vacuuming, and shower was faulty (this is not my usual experience as cleanliness is usually high) . Use premiere in every month when travelling, so loyalty reward scheme would be nice.

Usual Premier inn high standard, very convenient location too but....Emma and Amanda were amazing and really friendly and professional. All too often great staff aren't recognised so I hope this goes some way toward that as well as adding my personal thanks.

Staff at the front desk are brilliant. Very helpful when the first room we were given (room 2) smelled like something had died inside. Old musty horrible smell. Second room (201) was nice and clean but they're looking very dated now, the TV technology is ancient and the windows didn't open. At all. Not even a crack. Normally not an issue but the air con is pathetically bad so the room was uncomfortably warm all the time. And so a poor night's sleep. Not impressed.

Lovely beds - they support Project Art Works which my son goes to, so that was a BIG win in my book. As usual, clean, well made rooms. Only slightly irritated that the telly had come away from its frame, but it really wasn't that big a deal, and didn't affect anything.

Clean and tidy place to stay and reasonably priced. Efficient check in. Beefeater had a good selection of food. Breakfast in the morning was extremely busy but Karen and Mark worked extremely hard to make everyone happy. Recommended and will stay again.

Great stay eveything was nice and clean emma was very helpful on the desk and managed to squeeze me in and get me a table at the beefeater restaurant as i hadn't booked before hand will definitely stay with you again when i am over this way thanks

Everything was great from a speedy, friendly check in to an immaculately clean room to the comfiest hotel bed I think I’d ever slept in. Great location and an onsite Beefeater really added to the experience.

What a great hotel booked a premiere plus room great room with air con fantastic bed room was very quiet no noise plus a great Beefeater next door absolutely great hotel booked as about 10 miles away from Cadbury World couldn’t have been more happy with choice
