"Beautiful, clean room! Comfortable bed. Had problems with the handicap shower but decided we just might not know how to use it. Though we didn’t have a wheelchair, I noticed that there was plenty of room for one. Would definitely recommend this stay!"
"The location and environment are good, but if you have requirements for cleanliness, don't stay here, because the cleaning is not in place, and the towels and simple cleaning are only changed every three days. The breakfast is not rich, but it is no problem to fill our stomachs. For us just passing by One night stay, there are free parking spaces, cost-effective"
"Prices werent to bad. Rooms are very nice and clean. Staff are all very nice. The free breakfast was a joke, oatmeal and fruit.... fruit was either not ripe or looked like the fruit that fell off the tree and the bugs had their way with before being picked up and given to guests at the hotel for breakfast. Oh and the juice machine has been broken the whole time ive been here, 3 night so far. but all in all this place is pretty nice and I will definitely stay here again."
"Great customer service, comfortable rooms. The TV in my room does need replaced as the screen for some reason has 3 very noticeable white spots but other then that it was a great stay."
"It's OK. The hotel is a bit old, the swimming pool is a bit dirty, and the surrounding environment is average, but overall it's OK. It would be better if it was cleaner. The location is more convenient."
"There is no fan in the bathroom. The air conditioner flaps rattle. If you turn the air conditioner on high it crackles as well. The sliding door lock screw thing is worrisome."
"The hotel is very good, comfortable to live, clean and tidy, the room is large, the breakfast is average, the breakfast in the American hotel is simple, no vegetables, in fact, some tomatoes, carrots, lettuce are placed there, the guests themselves sprinkle some salad dressing, it is very simple Yes, I do not know that there are no hotels in the United States, sorry!"
"Check in was easy, staff was friendly.
Our room was clean but sparse. Very plain room with no toiletries except for soap and shampoo in pump bottles. I did find someone’s shower cap hanging from the bathroom door.
The bed was comfortable but didn’t sleep very well due to some machine noise outside.
We were disappointed that the breakfast was only until 9am. What hotel ends breakfast so early?
We don’t want to wake up early just to eat breakfast. Weirdest thing.
Overall, it was an okay stay. We were just passing through for the night.
If we pass through again, don’t think we’d stay again.
Do recommend Willy’s brewery and restaurant in downtown and Black Bear diner for breakfast."
"Newly opened Holiday Inn Express at the site of the old Ramada, in northern Redding right on I-5.
The newly designed rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished. Everything is spotlessly clean. The indoor pool is a bit small, and unfortunately there is no whirlpool. The WiFi was unstable and stopped working completely late in the evening. Breakfast was of the usual high standard for Holiday Inns, with hot dishes (scrambled eggs, sausages, hash browns), waffles and pancakes to make yourself, as well as bagels and cereal."

Great
TTutu912The room was very clean and tidy, and it felt very comfortable as soon as I entered the house. The room we stayed in was inside and outside, with a big bed, a large bathroom, comfortable bath, water pressure and temperature were very good. Very satisfied with a stay. Recommended stay 😊
AAnonymous UserI will definitely stay at this hotel when I come to Redding in the future. I have stayed in a total of 3 hotels in Redding, Sheraton, Hilton Garden Inn, and Holiday Inn. Only the Sheraton lives up to its name.
Hilton Garden Inn has the worst service and facilities among the three. The front desk has a poor attitude towards non-native English speaking guests and is obviously much less patient.
Sheraton will not have this feeling of being treated differently. The front desk staff is very polite and friendly to Chinese people. The house facilities are similar to those of newly built five-star hotels in China. They are new and comfortable. The rooms are relatively large and very clean. ; Moreover, the area where the Sheraton is located is very safe and belongs to a relatively good area in Redding. The nearby scenery is very good; the hotel restaurant is also very good. I was a little thirsty while waiting for a table. I wanted to buy a glass of orange juice and the clerk gave me a glass directly; I only stayed here. There is a real sense of vacation.
Ggz624The room is like an American traditional hotel, no work, no work, it is very lively on weekends, many children go to the swimming pool to play, it is OK to come for a short stay for one night.
LLove 4 YahUpon arrival, the lady at the front desk was pleasant and allowed us to check in early. We rented a 1 king bed suite...when we got into the room it was very clean. Had a full fridge, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Couch and bed was comfortable...pillows were fantastic. For someone with neck issues, it was nice to have full neck support. Our suite was the handicap suite (204) which we didn't need but it was nice to see the higher level of service for those that don't move around so easily. Breakfast was the standard continental type, but they did make eggs without that nasty swine which most hotels usually mix into the eggs making them inedible for us as Hebrews.
The only thing I could find that needs to be improved on is their cheese grater in the room it functioned like a dollar store item, it's a good thing I brought my own from home as I knew I was going to need a really good grater for the horseradish for Passover.
WWEIPINGThis hotel is really weird. I swiped my credit card 4 times in one night. I checked out and left yesterday. I swiped it again this morning, 1130 RMB in one night. I was already paying by Ctrip, but I swiped me 257 dollars. I don’t understand why after checking out. Still brushing
ZZHIJUNThe location of the hotel is good, there are many places to eat nearby, the room is a bit damp, the normal hotel breakfast, the transportation is very convenient, the parking space is sufficient, the overall feeling is good, the price is slightly higher.
李李The hotel is good, but the price changes a lot. This year, Ctrip has a number of agents called slow, like to engage in low-cost tricks, do not indicate or not directly indicate service fees, vacation fees, etc., eventually low prices become high, should be kept away from avoiding.
GGuest UserOverall, it’s okay, parking is convenient, the bed is not very big, breakfast is ok, the environment is also ok, staying outside, mainly safety first, and then cleanliness
DDr.IELTSSpotless, peaceful, and priced for value. The hotel sits at Redding’s quiet north end—an easy drive to shops and restaurants, but far enough away to feel like a retreat. The retro ‘time-capsule’ shower delivers hot water instantly and works perfectly, and the generous dresser space makes longer stays effortless. The only negative was the slow wifi. I had to use data for my conference call.
