Although the service was pretty normal, the first room that my wife and I were given was not up to the cleanliness. Standard that we have received at previous bookings. The floor was sticky wh3n we walked on it. There was a very large spider in the bathroom. The bathroom floor was sticky and appeared dirty.
The staff was understanding and gave us a different room. However, the television in this room did not work. Apparently, someone had taken the primary cable for the antenna, which the staff was able to get a replacement. However, the staff failed to program the television, which required another trip to the office and complain. FInally, the television issue was resolved.
This in all of our stays at this facility was about the worst. Poor cleaning standards, lack of the follow through on status of room conditions prior to someone having the room released for use.

Key card only worked sometimes. Beds were terrible. No hot water if the basin. Room stank from the neighbors smoking outside.
Got hit with a bogus "property damage" charge after we left.

Room wasn't clean. Bed stained. Walls dirty. Microware not clean. Shower had hair in it. TV had white spots all over it hardly watchable. Broken lights. Doors falling apart. No hot water in the morning at 5am. And I paid for a deluxe queen room?????

Bare-bones amenities the floor had something oily on it. The shower was in poor condition. The lock on the door was ripped off.

Don’t ever stay at a Motel 6
- Dirtiest, most unkept motel room I’ve ever been in.
-room not maintained properly.
-Mattress has an indentation on left side.
-hole in ceiling where there was a smoke detector
-paint spilled on the floors
-splatter/speckles on the wall by the bed that looks like blood
-other staines on the floor
-multiple black marks on the walls throughout the room
-green material staining the bed side table
-This room looks like it has never had any maintenance done.
