Super 8 by Wyndham Redding

Wonderful location, close to the freeway. Staff were very friendly.

We generally like Super 8 for value and cleanliness during a road trip. This property was BY FAR the worst we have ever stayed in. The bed was uncomfortable; the floor was falling apart as was the furniture. The TV reception was inadequate. The "breakfast" was laughable. Another experience like this one will make us go elsewhere. We were already booked in Portland and it was SLIGHTLY better but still quite inadequate. You must be falling apart. I'd think that after the dismal years of pandemic you'd be working extra hard--but instead the staff, especially in Portland, made us feel like we were an interruption to whatever else they were chatting about. Very poor customer service in both locations.
