Room had hard, cold flooring. Otherwise the room was very nice. Continental breakfast was not very good with few choices, however there is a Perkins restaurant right next door. Easy driving access to Pottery Place and eateries.

The rooms looked newly remodeled. Also, I liked the no carpeted floor. Much easier to clean I'm sure. Felt clean. Beds were very comfortable.

Front desk refused to let me check in to my rooms and was extremely disrespectful. I was forced to try and find new rooms last minute on a weekend.

No carpet in the room. Tiled floors felt clean :) Unlike typical hotels with carpet.
A bug was in the bathtub :-/

Staff was great. Changed rooms once since the first was not clean, second had broken lights and bathroom door wouldn't close. Didn't feel like switching again so dealt with it. Comfy bed and quiet area.

The property is fine.
We stayed on the first floor and from 3 o’clock in the morning there was a strange, clicking noise outside our door. I think it was their dehumidifier in the hallway.
The room is very spacious and it was clean.

Our room was full of ants when we checked in. They were everywhere which we were surprised since the room was cleaned and also surprised the staff didn't know about the problem. The front desk people were accommodating and apologize for the inconvenience. We were moved to another room without a problem.

They are in the middle of reinvasions so every thing is not done, but doing a great job. Breakfast was great. The room we were in was just remodeled so was new and fresh. The only negative we had was when we first got there we asked for a early check-in due to needing to get ready for a funeral, but the clerk was sitting and eating and wouldn't even hardly talk, just kept repeating check in was 3 pm. (We had to get to the funeral home by 4:45, and were 180 miles from home) We left and came back, but would have appreciated being able to relax a little before having to be someplace.

It is a nice enough hotel. A couple shortcomings. The check in process took forever with me having to provide my license and Credit card four separate times to the front desk clerk. The room and bed were fine. Weirdly there is no elevator and we were assigned a second floor room much to the dismay of my 85 year old mother. The check in was such a hassle that I didn't dare try to switch rooms for her to the first floor.
