My friend an I stayed at Rock Creek Resort for a quick one night staycation trip. I was blown away by how peaceful and beautiful the entire property is. The moment you step out of your room onto the balcony and hear the creek rushing by, you know you’ve picked the right place. My room was spacious, spotless, cozy, and perfectly updated—exactly the kind of mountain-lodge comfort you hope for. The team at Rock Creek was incredible from the moment we arrived. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help with anything we needed. I loved the amenities—especially the indoor pool, the cold plunge and outdoor fire pit. The location is also ideal: close enough to Red Lodge to enjoy the restaurants and shops, but far enough into nature to feel peaceful and private. There’s plenty to do nearby—hiking, fishing, scenic drives , shopping and dining. Next time, I’m definitely staying an extra night because two days didn’t feel like enough. Highly recommend Rock Creek Resort for anyone looking for relaxation, great service, and that perfect Montana mountain atmosphere. Shoutout to Tulsa, one of the restaurant bartenders. She was very kind and attentive.

We visited Rock Creek Resort with several other couples and had an amazing time! The newly re-opened Beartooth absolutely glows. You can still feel the history of this great place while it also feels fresh and new. We enjoyed our breakfasts at Wild Rose, and can't wait to visit again once Old Piney Dell is back open! The fact that you can hear the ripple of the creek throughout the property is just the most peaceful thing. We stayed in Twin Elk with two other couples, and really enjoyed having a kitchen and a communal home base. The log cabin vibe of Twin Elk is amazing, and doesn't let you forget that you are in Montana! Really enjoyed that you can hike up Mount Maurice trail right from the hotel property! We loved every bit of it and can't wait to come back with our kids to explore more of the area.

Our family of 4 stayed at Rock Creek Resort for 3 nights. This recently renovated property is wonderfully unique and surrounded by beauty at every turn. The rooms are very spacious and beds are super comfortable. Our room overlooked Rock Creek and we had the sliding door to the balcony cracked to hear the soothing waters at night. It was blissful. The Wild Rose had great food and it also overlooks Rock Creek so its a great way to start or end the day. I took in a fly fishing excursion one morning and the guides were fantastic! Just a phenomenal location to experience Montana and there are endless trails to explore within just a short drive. Also the Mount Maurice trailhead right behind the property and it is is challenging, rewarding and beautiful. Red Lodge is a really cool town to explore with great restaurants and things to do.... and is only 5 miles away. We can't wait to return to this amazing place!

What a fantastic place to visit. The property is stunning and the new rooms are outstanding. I went with some friends to do some hiking and try our hand at fly fishing. The staff were amazing to work with and got us set up with great guides to plan a morning of fly fishing. The afternoon was spent hiking the many trails and taking in the phenomenal scenery. In being located at the beginning of the Beartooth Pass, we did the drive over the pass (breathtaking) and went to Yellowstone Park for the day. Only 1hr 15min away. The Wild Rose restaurant at Rock Creek, was also phenomenal. An elevated dining experience in an affordable and laid back atmosphere serving "Montana inspired" cuisine. ie: Rabbit & Rattlesnake Sausage - which after i got my head around it, was incredible. I highly recommend this gem and will be back with the family. Thank you for the hospitality and just a great trip overall.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rock Creek Resort! The redesign is lovely, and you cannot beat the location (secluded enough that it felt quiet and private, but downtown Red Lodge was just a 10-minute drive away). The rooms were clean, spacious, and my absolute favorite part was the balcony overlooking the creek! The amenities were wonderful (highly recommend trying the outdoor sauna by the creek). All the staff were friendly and helpful and took the time out of their day to make us feel special. My only complaint was that I wasn't there long enough! I will definitely be back and look forward to more of the property opening up.

3 words; come stay here! Me and 2 coworkers needed a good night away after our busy summer season and this was a perfect place to stay. The staff is top notch and made the stay even better. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. The rooms were gorgeous as well. Felt homey enough that I didn't feel like I was staying in a hotel. Also, LOVE the couches, so comfy.

The accommodations were beautifully appointed. Great design overall. Including the rooms, lobby, restaurant and adjoining rooms. The design was innovative and totally unexpected for a resort. The service was excellent. I felt exceptional by the service. I especially want to commend Christie, from the restaurant. She went out of her way to meet my needs with a smile and helpfulness, every single time I frequented the restaurant. She is a beautiful person and I miss chatting with her.
