The accommodations vary, but all that I saw were newly decorated and very comfy and welcoming. The setting and the facilities were breathtaking. All the staff I interacted with were lovely and helpful. What a gem!

Did a wedding with 120 family and friends. We used all of the facilities, camping, lodge, cabin, houses and condos! For a rustic, mountain wedding- this was perfect. Beautiful, quiet, friendly, clean, fun for kids and dogs. And horses! I can’t say enough about how helpful the staff, bar tenders and chef was. Food was delicious, Susi was amazing and all of our guests loved the venue. You can use the full kitchens when the restaurant is not open and there is a charcoal grill in the condo area. Bring your own charcoal, other than that, we didn’t need anything. I can’t recommend this venue for a wedding more. If your vibe is outdoor, country, mountain, rustic book it!

What a beautiful place for a wedding! Breathtaking views, amazing service and nice lodging. Food was great too. Definitely recommend for weddings or a nature getaway

I paid a $1,400 deposit directly to Susi Keating owner of Beaver Meadows Resort and Ranch on June 5, 2024, for a group trip scheduled for September 2025. After canceling the trip on April 25, 2025 — five months in advance — I contacted Susi Keating, who acknowledged receipt of my deposit and confirmed in writing (including emails and Facebook messages) that a refund would be issued by the end of May. As of mid-June, I’ve received no refund, and she has stopped responding to any communication. I have documented proof of the deposit and all correspondence. I’m extremely disappointed in how this was handled and urge others to be cautious when placing deposits here.

Stayed 4 nights in one of the cabins. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. The Wifi worked without a hitch, including streaming TV shows. Nice set of dishes and glasses. There was not a huge amount of snow but on the trails we found plenty of deep snow. Enjoyed the trails every day. Needed the snowshoes on most of the trails.

Had amazing amenities and activities at this ranch. The staff was so incredibly helpful and sincere when we visited. The pictures honestly do not do this place justice. The tubing, ice skating, restaurant, and snowshoeing were enough to make everyone in my party busy the entire weekend, and happy.

The place was very nice and the location is beautiful. Everyone was so kind and accommodating, which made our trip a wonderful experience. There are lots of fun activities to do such as ice skating and snow shoeing which are super fun and entertaining.

Went up tubing for the day it was wonderful. The weather turned out to be great. The lines were not too terribly long. Jeff was an awesome helper with getting us set up in trains and making it a very fun time super polite. It really added a lot to our family vacation for him to do that for us and be as nice as he was

Susi/Sean/Yung and more staff were so great to us on our big day! We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day! I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone wanting an event location! The day went so smooth and I’m getting compliments from guests that were amazed with this venue. Couldn’t have done it without the great staff to make this day possible.
