The room is not very clean. Especially, the pillow has hair on it. The towel in front of the bathtub is dirty.

Check in was great, Ryan at the front desk provided great service and helped with anything we needed.
The pool was not stocked with towels and we had to ask for them from the front desk each night
One elevator was broken the entire weekend, resulting in really long waits and putting us the fourth floor with 2 children made taking the stairs difficult.
We arrived at breakfast 30 mins before closing, most of the food was gone, the pancake machine was broken and there was no coffee, after asking for some a few times, we just left without eating,
Upon check out, I was advised that I had purchased a movie, which I did not and no offer to assist me with that was made, I was told it’s a third party, sorry
