Hotel was nice and seemed clean. Good location. My only 2 negative things was the bed was extremely hard and very difficult to sleep. A less important thing was no shelf in the shower which was a little inconvenient but the shower was nice

Room was very clean, nice selection for the Continental breakfast and staff were very helpful. Only negative is that the floors are really squeeky and I do mean really squeeky. Heard it from our own floors as well as the room above us and out into the hallways

We really loved the great location of the property. It was convenient to nearby attractions and made getting around a breeze. The pool was perfect for the kids, providing them with a fun and relaxing way to unwind after a long road trip. They spent hours splashing around and having a blast, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable for everyone. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

We were not informed of the water park closure when we booked the room, and we’re not made aware until check-in. We missed the opportunity to cancel this reservation and go somewhere with a working pool and water slide.

Overall it was great, the only thing that was an issue that the floor had a loud popping/cracking noise when walked on. We were on the 4th floor and it did it in the room and hallway.

The stay was good overall but we were put on the main floor and you could hear people passing by in and out of the pool area. Also, you can hear some machine going on all night which we did not get a good night sleep. Just need to request to be on a different floor next time.
The breakfast was good with a good selction of items. The shampoo and conditioner could be better as it didn't even soap up and didn't even do anything to my hair.

Staff have been great! New lounge with lots of TVs and excellent service. Rooms are quiet, especially the AC. Very happy.
