Service was quick and efficient. Fresh cookies available at check in. Room was clean and cool. Breakfast was sufficient. Usual fare. Scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, waffles etc. Location is on the south of town with plenty of restaurants, Theatre and Costco. We would stay here again.

Hotel staff were outstanding. However, for a Hampton Inn and Suites, I expected a more updated room. Breakfast style buffet was nice and free baked cookies were amazing. Close to freeway, gas stations and restaurants. Unless, rooms were updated, I would probably not stay there again.

Staff was amazing during my stay. The room was nice. And theres the little pond walking area close by if you want to getaway from the hotel. Lots of restaurants and convience stores near by.

What happened?
Well, I'd stayed here last week and this week my room was not service everyday like last week. The heat pump unit vent had popped opened and the cleaner didn't bother to get maintenance to fix it. The door latch also broken and nobody bother to report it to room service manager to get it fix. This room is not very clean (pictures attached).
