I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. When I plugged my charger into the wall, I discovered an overwhelming amount of dust and trash behind the dresser. It actually made me sneeze for a few minutes. It was also disappointing to see holes that were covered with wall joint, but not painted. Looked very unprofessional. The location was very good based on the events I was attending, but the room itself needed some more TLC.

It was an awful experience. Cost is 500.00 to stay two nights 1 elevator was broken. Couldn’t get anyone to answer for linings for the pull out so my nine year old had to sleep in the bed with us. Pool was so cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom in the shallow end. Fire alarm kept going off for about a hour. We ended up not even staying the second night we left and came home.

The ladies at the front desk were incredibly helpful! The 2 complimentary drinks were a nice perk. The drinks thereafter were pretty expensive - 2 drinks for over $20.00. (In smaller plastic cups.) Overall, we were really happy with our stay.

The room that I reserved was “not available” when I checked in. We were then put in another room with only one bed and we were told there is a pull out couch- that IS NOT what I reserved!!!
We were given a room and when we arrived it was already occupied!
We had to go back down to the front desk and we were given a goody bag full of snacks- unacceptable!
We will not be staying at this hotel again.
Not to mention it is very outdated, dark and dreary!

I originally had booked two nights at this hotel. The first night, the hotel gave our room away because it was overbooked and we were the last to arrive that evening. No notice, no help was offered and it was blamed on *******. We ended up at the Motel 6.
******* helped us rebook and as 'luck' would have it, it was back at this Embassy Suites due to many events in the area, this was all that was available.
We made sure to arrive closer to check in and our room was available. Our room was clean, the breakfast was nice. So difficult to rate given the situation.
First night: zero stars (if possible)
Second night: four stars
I would recommend calling ahead to make sure they know you are coming.

My room was given away by the time I arrived at the hotel and was informed by the front desk that ******* was to blame for the hotel being overbooked. Front desk said that ******* booked me at another hotel, but there was no information as to where that new hotel was. I also did not receive any information from ******* about this loss of a room. After following up with *******, ******* said the hotel contacted them to say they were overbooked.
Who knows.
Regardless, I was without a room at 11:45pm and ended up at a Motel 6 by 1:30am. If staying at Embassy Suites, I would HIGHLY recommend calling to confirm room reservation.

The location was great for where I needed to go however, upon arriving at the property I noticed a distinct smell in the lobby. Check in was smooth and the staff was pleasant. When I got to the room 432 the room appeared clean at a glance. Examining the room thoroughly I found spider webs on the walls and in the corners, the bathroom sink was detached from the counter top and the black gunk was visible between the sink and counter top. The wall paper was separating from the wall, the room door still moved around even after closing it and putting the security lock on. Not like any other Embassy Suites I've visited but for one night I slept and got on up out of there. The bed was clean and comfortable though and other than being able to see between the sink and counter top the bathroom was ok. Furniture is a bit dated.

The reason I gave this property a 3 stars is because our shower curtain was too short for our tub. During/after our shower, the floor was super soaked. I expected better from this particular hotel. A little disappointed.
