La instalación es acogedora, limpia, con piscina, dan desayuno y en la tarde puedes tomar un café cito k mate. Tiene 2 entradas, cerca a los lugares turísticos de Santiago que puedes visitar a pie. Lo único si no pude utilizar es su manta, que esta viejo. Pero el resto todo muy bien. Los de servicio son amables y te ayudan a llegan a los lugares turísticos. Gracias.

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with this hotel. We had seen a complaint that the hotel did not have an elevator. When we got in touch, the hotel said it had one and when we arrived we were placed on the 5th floor and surprisingly, according to them, the elevator was undergoing maintenance and until the day of our check-out it didn't work. The rooms are super old. You have a water leak in the bathroom. There's no burned out light bulb and even a hand towel. I asked for a cloth to put on the floor and they gave me a flannel. cabinets all worn out. TV doesn't work. Terrible breakfast and they still don't provide cutlery. Be careful, from what I understand, the name of the hotel changes frequently. It previously had the names Hotel Santa Maria 281 and Hotel Soneto.

The room was very comfortable, with clean sheets although a bit small, but it includes a TV and air conditioning for those summer days when we stayed. The pool was clean and well maintained, the included breakfast was quite good and the staff was very friendly, they helped us with luggage storage upon arrival and departure (because we arrived early and left at 12:00 pm at check out but we picked up our things a bit late). Also, across the street there was a Leader and it was quite close to metro stations and Patronato in case you want to go shopping. Overall it was a very good experience and I totally recommend it. I see that on their pages they have quite old photos, but currently I find it quite good both in terms of facilities and service for the prices (which were quite cheap compared to others in the area).

Este hotel tiene además como nombre Soneto ingresando por calle Santa María 282 pero es el mismo hotel. Terrible experiencia en todos los aspectos pero sobre todo, pésimas condiciones sanitarias y de salubridad, a lo que se suma una falta de responsabilidad total por parte del establecimiento ante los terribles daños ocasionados por picaduras de chinches.
