"Apartment with poor maintenance, broken furniture, and a lot of dust. Parking is far from the hotel, and because of this the valet usually takes a long time to deliver the vehicle to you."

"Very pleasant experience. I had a problem with my vehicle, but the hotel insurance will be activated to reimburse me as soon as I go to the garage, since I stayed for 2 days and there was no time to fix it. Otherwise, the room was tidy and clean, the breakfast food was very good, and the service other than at the reception was excellent. Some of the reception staff were rude, but the others were nice and friendly. The bathroom was clean. I think they could improve on the issue of offering more flexible check-out times."

"The accommodation itself was good.
The breakfast is very simple and has little variety.
I ordered 2 meals, the first one came with the chicken parmigiana fillet almost completely raw, the other meal was good.
But the big problem is the seal between the rooms, you can hear absolutely everything that is said or done.
Finally, I would like to know where I can request my invoice in the name of a legal entity.

GGuest UserWell located hotel with excellent breakfast and very good service, especially the person who makes the omelets, very helpful and friendly. The hotel was in Bras and one of the elevators was not working and there was a wait. I recommend the hotel for the attention and hospitality.

11946Wonderful hotel clean and nice and very good service absolutely I recommend this hotel  they have a large selection of breakfast fresh fruits and good food in the restaurant and it is close to the airport 10 minutes by car and very good Wi-Fi . they have live music by saxophone and piano play them in the morning every day when the people eat breakfast.

GGuest UserThe room hygiene is the best I have traveled to Brazil so far, the dinner is very good, the price is reasonable, and the music is very pleasant.
When I finally left the hotel, the hotel said that the airport was free, but the driver had to give me money. I didn't have change at the time and didn't give it. He was very unhappy. I hope to talk to the taxi company in the future to avoid misunderstanding.

GGuest UserWe had a nice stay at this property. The location is excellent, there’s a McDonald’s right next door and the beach is only a 5 minute walk away. The breakfast is very good. Smart TV is also very good which has YouTube, as well as Netflix and Amazon Prime already signed in. The room is small but functional, plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom was okay, although there were lots of small insects in there. Overall for the price it was excellent.

GGuest UserThe stay was very good, except for the terrible coffee, everything was made with 2nd class margarine, not even at my house do I eat kisuk soft drinks from a packet, the others are reasonable. There were no towels in the room. I forgot and took a shower, I almost went naked to go to reception to get it, lol, other than that, everything was fine, good pool...
