Nice, not expensive hotel. The swimming pool at the roof was at the maintenance for the couple of days.

The location is good. We could.walk to the beach of Boa Viagem, but we are also on walking distance of a large shopping center a lot of restaurants. Most impressive is the service. The staff goes above and beyond to assist you with all kinds of personal issues.

Hotel bom, a questão do restaurante nao emprestar talher incomoda um pouco quando precisamos temos que pedir aos restaurantes para enviar, deixou a desejar tbm na limpeza dos vidros da fachada, estavam extremamentes sujos. E no cafe faltou algumas coisas da regiao como tapioca, bolo de rolo.

Hotel muito bom Única questão que indico é que aumente a variedade do café da manhã, mas ainda assim é um café muito bom!

A hospedagem em si foi boa. O café é muito simples e tem pouca variedade. Pedi 02 refeições, a primeira veio com o frango do filé à parmegiana em quase sua totalidade cru, a outra refeição estava boa. Mas o grande problema é a vedação entre os quartos, é possível ouvir absolutamente tudo o que é dito ou é feito. Na recepção os atendentes não me explicaram como funcionava o elevador e a garagem (tive dificuldades pra sair, pois não orientaram em nada). Quando cheguei, o frigobar estava vazio. Fui pedir na recepção, disseram que tinha de falar no restaurante. Já no restaurante, disseram que tínhamos de falar com a recepção. O quarto não tem cobertor, temos de pedir. O café da manhã simples e um pouco bagunçado. Fora isso, boa localização e quartos novos, limpos e bem conservados.

Very small rooms. Bad location six to seven blocks far from the beach. Bad restaurant and bar service.

Shower drain didn’t work, flooded room. Changed rooms. Only 2 power outlets in room. Paper thin walls. We could hear people talking. Our son wasn’t allowed in our room to help us with our luggage. Breakfast was very disappointing. Constantly out of food and coffee machine broken. Stay elsewhere!

It’s what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Professional staff and well maintained property. I’m actually thinking about renting an apartment on the higher floors when I get back to Brazil.

Hotel bom, quarto pequeno achei apertado, cafe da manha muito bom mas o local do café é apertado.. localizacao maravilhosa.. hotel novinho… quarto padrao Ibis, super pequeno.
