The hotel is good and the room is after renovation, it was very disturbing that it is located near the construction. During the day the noise was simply impossible. Jackhammers, the noise continued quietly and throughout the night.. it was impossible to sleep, despite the fatigue. The air conditioner in the room is set to heat no higher than 21 degrees.. it was very cold, especially for residents of Eilat.. it was very sensitive to warm up or change clothes.. and outside it is February and the temperature is 10-15 degrees..

As this is a business trip, I am satisfied with the location and service. The breakfast exceeded expectations and the staff were friendly. The cost of living in Israel itself is high, so the facilities are a bit disappointing compared to the price.

My husband booked this hotel for one night, said he upgraded us to a club room and booked us in the business lounge, well who does not like something nice after work even if it is only a hour half away from your home , first room we were given was the smallest room on the floor according to the map in the door and nothing as the advertised the pictures on any of the web sites, we were given another room , also a old fashioned room not the club room we paid for , not nice and bright , with full length windows , this was dark , small windows , old furniture, not much bigger then the last room , but reception would not listen to us , Now to the business lounge that my husband was sure he paid for , what a joke , it’s free for everyone, and it serves - that’s a joke , bread and butter , coffee and tea , orange juice and water and a bit of dry salad , and cakes , same food from 1pm until 9pm , if you want alcohol you have to pay , never been in a business lounge when the food offered is so poor , can’t wait to see our bill at check out to see if we paid for this when it clearly states free to everyone on the welcome paperwork Their advertising pictures are very misleading, this hotel is very old , the shower is broken , go elsewhere , nothing but the train station outside , breakfast is one of the poorest Israeli ones I have ever eaten in this country , tiny dining room , most of the items not fresh , why have stale cucumbers out, they are yucky , areas were dirty , no forks on the tables , were told they were in the dish washer !!!!, get real - please go elsewhere , wish we had

The Hotel needs a good clean and updated rooms. The rooms are old, dirty (mold in shower, broken furniture and overall not in good shape). The breakfast was very good, the only reason I did not give away one star. It seems no competition creates complacency!

Our 5 day stay at the Leonardo Boutique Hotel in Rehovot was delightful. The service had a level of sophistication found in a big city establishment but with the personalized warmth of a hometown lodge. Our room was a roomy, comfortable and well appointed suite which gave us plenty room to relax as well as to use the desk area for our checking in on our work laptops. Having 1.5. bathrooms in the too was a real plus. The daily breakfast buffet is gourmet level with so many regional and traditional offerings. A few special shout outs go to: Kim at the reception desk whose warmth and extra efforts went a long way not only in accommodating our needs for an earlier check in after a 12 hour plane ride, but also in her continued interest and efforts to ensure our stay was a positive experience. She also guided us with information about several local eateries . Ilia- evening reception desk- his efforts in helping us retrieve our wallet that we lost Mm at a nearby cafe were nothing less than miraculous and resembled a TV police drama plot . His time and ingenuity resulted in a successful return of our wallet and all of its contents as well as prioritizing our safety. Thank you, Ilia, for your time and efforts from the bottom of our hearts! Aviva- the lovely breakfast room hostess who not only researched a great nearby hair salon to style my hair for a family wedding, she also made the appointment for me over the phone. Such a lovely and helpful lady. Rykee- helping us get to the airport on time late at night by arranging our taxi ride and editing we were sent off sadly and on time. All in all we were so pleased with this hotel experience and would absolutely return!
