The room was the feature that stood out at this hotel. It was spacious and the views from the window were fantastic. We looked over rolling green hills, a view immortalised by Italy's famous romantic poet, Leopardi, in his poem L'Infinito. In the evening we could see the castle glowing in the late sun. The hotel was full of character in a good way and the staff gave us a warm welcome.

We have stayed in this hotel many times already and also this time it was more than great. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the middle of the center and the rooms are absolutely great. Perfectly clean, great beds and a breakfast with a dream-view. And then the staff... They are the best. Always kind and they will make you feel welcome and at home from the moment you walk in. They are willing to help you with anything and have great tips for nice trips in the region. After so many visits it feels like home for us. :-) We always recommend this hotel to all of our friends and family who visit Recanati and everybody loved it. Taste the ambiance of this lovely hotel, inside and outside. Dear staff, thank you again for everything. Your personal attention and hard work is very well appreciated. See you again soon! Mi sono fermata in questo albergo con mio marito e la nostra cagnolina al ritorno da un viaggio in Puglia. Dovevamo fermarci giusto una notte, ma abbiamo prolungato il soggiorno perché siamo rimasti piacevolmente soddisfatti dalla struttura e soprattutto dalla posizione. La nostra camera era molto ampia e ci hanno permesso di fare colazione nel bar per poter avere con noi la nostra cagnolina. È disponibile anche una piccola piscina idromassaggio, utilissima per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di giri per le città. La posizione è eccellente per visitare le varie mete turistiche. A Loreto ci siamo andati con i mezzi pubblici, poiché l'albergo è ben servito. In sintesi, è stata un'esperienza davvero piacevole e ci torneremo sicuramente!

O hotel é confortável, os quartos são bem equipados , cama confortável, tem frigobar, o café da manhã é farto é servido em um salão com uma bela vista linda do infinito. Os quartos também dispõem de bela vista. O staff foi muito eficiente e gentil. O Steve , barista, gentilmente me preparava um delicioso café macchiato sem lactose .

Stanza perfetta: estremamente confortevole e ampia con vista strepitosa sulla città’. Spazi comuni con tutti i servizi per rendere un soggiorno favoloso. Posizione tranquilla ai limiti del centro. Ok.

Reception in albergo 4 stelle ridotta ad un banchetto pubblicitario, con personale poco simpatico. Le camere sono però all'altezza delle 4 stelle, con letti comodissimi. Prima colazione logisticamente incomprensibile nella scelta degli spazi alla quale sopperisce la disponibilità del personale. Parcheggio alla fine non difficlie sulla discesa fuori porta visto che i parcheggi adibiti ai clienti erano tutti impegnati.

il gallery hotel Recanati si trova a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro, nella sala colazione si può godere di una bellissima vista sul colle dell'infinito. ci siamo trovati per caso a dover cambiare hotel, in quanto in quello prima non ci siamo trovati bene. ho telefonato al gallery hotel per prenotare una stanza e da subito lo staff alla reception ha saputo soddisfare tutte le nostre esigenze in quanto avevamo con noi una cagnolina. la nostra camera era una suite molto pulita e soprattutto molto grande. avendo preso una suite avevamo diritto al parcheggio auto dell'hotel. la colazione è ottima, a buffet ben organizzata, che spazia dal dolce al salato con vasta scelta di prodotti tipici. sicuramente consigliatissimo.

Ottimo hotel, silenzioso, pulito, ben arredato e comoda posizione nonché la vista che si vede facendo colazione. Letto comodo, bello duro come piace a me, ottima aria condizionata regolabile, bagno con una doccia niente male. Migliorabile la colazione. Staff sempre gentile e delicato
