I had a wonderful experience at ITC Katra! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A special thanks to Sanjeev and Jagdeep for their exceptional service—they were warm, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Their hospitality truly enhanced our dining experience. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall ambiance of the property was peaceful and relaxing. The amenities were excellent, and the service was top-notch throughout my stay. A special shoutout to Sanjeev Kumar, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I really enjoyed each and every bit of my stay in WELCOM . Love their hospitality. Specially their cafeteria staff service was excellent. Special thanks to Jagdevji , Nagma , Meenakshi and Sapna for their love and warmth hospitality. Like to mention for Chef too...really enjoyed each and every dish during our stay , very tasty food. Thankyou once again. And love to stay again in future too.

This hotel is amazing for a relaxing stay . The staff is really polite and helpful . An excellent place to stay with your family and friends. Food quality is on point , ambience is excellent and rooms are very beautiful and spacious. Ravinder , Nagma and Kanur were really helpful and kind thorough out our stay .

My recent stay at the welcom hotel by itc was exceptional. The room was impeccably clean and well-equipped, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Perfect location , very cooperative staff in every department. It was my second time in Welcom. Pool Length is also good. Garden view is amazing. Do not miss High Tea in garden and evening aarti in hotel. Buffet Dinner with live music is also cherry on top.
