Review for Vivanta Jammu (26th-28th October 2024) Our stay at Vivanta Jammu was truly memorable! From the moment we arrived, we were treated with exceptional hospitality. Special thanks to Arun at the front desk, who ensured a smooth early check-in and made us feel warmly welcomed. The property is beautifully maintained, with a stunning swimming pool and lush garden area where we enjoyed peaceful morning strolls. My son, Aditya, loved the indoor sports facilities, particularly table tennis and badminton, which added a fun and active element to our stay. Evenings were made special with the serene Aarti at the property, creating a calming and spiritual ambiance. The luxurious amenities and thoughtful touches throughout made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you, Vivanta Jammu, for such a wonderful experience. We can’t wait to return!

Vivanta, Katra is one of the best resorts I have ever visited in India. Everything that is needed is here - awesome hygienic rooms / suites, great swimming pool, super-tasty pure veg food, great restaurant, spa, pool table, table-tennis, carrom board, chess board, swings / slides for kids, in-house temple, very big open yard with grassbed, trees and flowers, parking, books and so on... Staff is so welcoming, cooperatives, polite and proactive in everything. I will definitely stay here again every time I'll visit Katra.

Lovely stay and excellent Food... Must visit . Close to Katra. Property provide free shuttle Peaceful property and generous Staff. Mr Amar, suresh and Arun nd other staff was very helpful No complaints Feedback- change looby jhoomar. Not so great

The front desk manager is totally unprofessional they dont know how to talk with clients . I have checked in hotel at 8 am but they charged me half day more tariff . I request them to charge lit bit less but they didnt talk me with good attitude totall very bad experience ........ and there is girl in front desk may be she is front desk manager i didnt remember her name but she is totally unprofessional ...

Had a Ecstatic stay here... it's serenity would enslave you.. staff here is so cooperative and keep care of minute details and every need here...everyone is so welcoming and jolly to make u feel at home....would love to stay here every time i am visiting katra or nearby

Stay with the vivanta was prefect. Superb location and comfortable room. We lived activity room and pool area. Staff is good and warm. Thank you team ☺️ hotel provide comp pick up and drop from hotel to ban Ganga and ban Ganga to hotel thank you

A good Experience at the hotel though the Hotel is quite far from the Katra. The breakfast variety and quality is good. The staff is good and respond to demands quickly. Though it takes only 15 -20 mins to reach katra from the hotel, due to road construction going on it may take more time, give enough time for travel when planning.

1. Nice supportive staff, but can't say this for front-desk associates 2. Nice property: rooms, garden, restaurant, deck, playroom, and swimming pool 3. Great food: North Indian, South Indian and Chinese 4. Distance is around 5-6 KMs from main Katra/Ban Ganga, but the hotel provides pick and drop facilities to/from Ban Ganga

Rooms smell a lot. Hygiene levels are poor. Air conditioners is bad. Requires lot of improvement. Quilt and linen smell Mosquitos menace. Staff is not well trained. Food was very good Notwithstanding the above this is the best choice in Katra
