Really let down by this property. The room was not clean or comfortable, and overall maintenance was poor. manager i, were rude and unprofessional. Service was lacking from the moment we arrived. The place didn’t feel like a Marriott at all — more like a budget hotel.

We stayed in Katra Marriott for a couple of nights when we visited Vaishno Devi. The hotel is very nice, nicer finish than some of the 5-star hotels in Delhi Aerocity that we stay from time to time - which is quite surprising for a location like Katra. The staff were very courteous and prompt with service. The room service menu had a number of very interesting vegetarian options. They also had good knowledge of the temple visit and related matters. Overall an excellent hotel in Katra.

Very disappointing experience at Katra Marriott Resort & Spa. The staff, including the General Manager Ravii , were shockingly rude and lacked even basic courtesy. Service was unprofessional across the board — from check-in to dining. The food was average at best, and the overall vibe felt more like a “daba local” than a luxury Marriott property. Nothing met the standards expected from a brand of this reputation. Would not recommend, especially when better options like Taj by Vivanta are available in Katra.

Location of the property is perfect and has beautiful view of the mountain. Facilities and services are of premium standard. We took a family room with bunker beds for kids and a lovely balcony. It was a memorable stay. Staff was very cooperative and also guided us to plan our itenary.

Brand new beautiful property. Staff is very nice and helpful. Food is amazing. I will recommend everyone to stay in this property. Housekeeping staff is also very good. While we were there my son got sick and I needed medicine the staff was very helpful they got me medicine from main market.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was very cordial, welcoming, and I could experience the warmth in their behavior. Special, thanks to Mr. Saksena and Gulshan from front office as well as Mr. Sunil from the restaurant. Overall ambience and landscaping was very relaxing.
