太差了，衞生不乾淨，毛巾很舊，疑似沒換，房間和房間之間有連接門，基本沒有隔音，很吵，休息不好！

This was a last minute one night stay. Don’t let the pictures fool you like they did me. They look new and modern but in reality the room was dated, wood floors stained and had repair patches. The white bedspread had stains. It served its purpose and I’m glad I’ll never have a reason to go back. Staff was very nice tho.

The only likeable part was a comfortable bed. The facility has no elevator for the second floor (not disclosed when booking). I am 79 years old and having to go up stairs to the second floor with luggage is not acceptable. TV did not work upon arrival. Soap dispenser on wall was empty! Desk clerk gave me a small tube (.75 ounces), but not enough to be able to take a shower! No glasses or cups for water to take my nightly pills. The next morning discovered the carafe was missing for the in room coffee maker with no cups, despite the packets with coffee and sugar!! The carpeting on steps and hall were filthy. A thorough cleaning is definitely needed to make this site bookable. This site certainly merits a visitation by the Red Roof management.

Decent for the price and nice to walk to the Dunkin Donuts right behind the building. However, check out was at 11. at 10:50 they knocked on the door. I said we we getting the last of our things together and we would be out in a few minutes. I walk out alone with a few bags and as soon as I walk out the worker asked if he could go in. I said no that I had more bags and my partner was still in there. As I came back in he followed me down the hallway. I asked him to stop following me, and that I was really grabbing one more set of bags and leaving. I know we were getting out a few minutes late (less than 10), but it made me uncomfortable and I think it could have been handled better.

The person that checked me in and out was less than pleasant. Room was clean. And did the purpose. Customer service was completely awful. If you want to feel welcomed this isnt the place for you

The first was a $50 deposit. Then mist if the rowela were stained and none of the soap dispensers had anything in them. What the heck is with metal flashing around the bed bottoms thatyou kicked anytime you moved towards the bed. Heard that sound all night from myself and other rooms. Too many other options within 100 yards of this dump
