The service is good and close to centre

Very close to city center with access to food late at night. 15 minute walk to Train station. The room is tidy and bathroom is neat. However there is no amenities. I paid another 10 pounds to check in early at 12. The lift was not working at the time.

Great Central location

This stay was a nightmare I spent 4 days at the travel lodge and on the day of my arrival there was full scale construction taking place outside of my room. The front desk service was basically never present and a sign asking to call for assistance was consistently placed there, i placed the sign on my door to have my towels changed and my trash emptied to which everyone ignored on the 3rd day I had an incident when I spilled water on my bed and asked for a change of bedding where I was told that bedding was only changed after 7 days, i will never use this hotel again.

A nice Travelodge in the Centre of Reading. Dhanu was really friendly and welcoming on reception and was a massive help with our bags. The room was comfortable and we got a good night sleep for a decent price. The room was clean and tidy and I would recommend that you ask for the quiet side so that you don't get a busy main road.

Always enjoy my monthly visit to this Travelodge! I find the room very clean & comfortable the room facilities are very good with plenty of Tea & coffee! Even though situated in town centre I found the room to be reasonably quiet! The reception were very friendly & welcoming especially Dhanu...highly recommended!

This place has the best room and facility layout not to mention hospitality and kindness from the staff. Very good customer service and treated me well. Even gave me a breakfast box since my room key wasn't working. Have never been to a hotel as nice as this in a long time.
