Fairfield Inn & Suites Allentown West

One night stay while traveling. Very comfortable hotel. Great service. The lady at the front desk was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. The room was quiet, bed comfortable, everything was clean, and the free breakfast was good. Good location and parking was easy.

We stayed here as a family with a group for a tournament. This was an updated hotel with a nice pool and slide for the kids and a substantial breakfast included. The kids had a great time. The bathroom was nice and the bed was comfortable. Overall, I had no complaints and would stay here again.

The rooms at this establishment were average and fine for our one night stay on our trip home to MA. The staff at the front desk was rude on the phone and transferred me twice to the reservation line despite me saying we were very close to the hotel and my call was dropped the first time. I have previously stayed at many Marriott properties and front desk staff are always able and more than happy to give me availability of the hotel and book me a room right over the phone. The breakfast was pretty good, the woman who ran the service was pleasant and on top of refilling the stations and cleaning up after the guests. We were told there were problems with guests bringing in extra people to the pool area and that it was locked, having to be let in by front desk staff after you sign a waiver. We chose not to even use the pool with our kids after we looked in and it was FILLED with people and kids running around (even at 9:30PM).

I stayed here one night during a business trip. Hotel is updated, clean and I won’t hesitate staying here again. Easy to find, plenty of parking great location. Just up the road are plenty of shopping options along with a great restaurant called Shelby’s. Fantastic food, numerous drink options and and nice outdoor patio.

Our room and the hotel was very clean and well kept. The pool is nice size and has a sitting area outside. Breakfast was good: bacon, eggs, breads, oatmeal (lots of toppings) waffles, juice, coffee. Our only complaint was the bed was terrible. Would definitely stay here again.

The front desk agent was nice. I was upgraded for free when I arrived which was sweet! The gym was nice, excellent breakfast buffet and rooms. I really Enjoyed my stay! I would come back here again. It was lovely!

Bunch of Karens work there! Jen and Kristin won’t let you speak to a Manager. The Manager Kelly George does not return calls or email requests. Jen is incompetent and makes up her own rules. They do not email requested confirmations and are flat out unprofessional! Stay somewhere else! This branch is not a good Marriott Representative

My husband has a season ski pass to Blue Mountain Resort, so we are always checking out hotels in the area for weekend getaways. We were very impressed with this well-priced, extremely clean and well-run hotel in the Allentown area. When we arrived at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Allentown West, the parking lot was full, so we know this was a popular choice. We were checked in efficiently by a very friendly front-desk staff, and found our large room conveniently located on the first floor. We had a microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, and a huge television in the room. The heater worked very well, and I the outside traffic noise did not bother me. Our bathroom featured a very large shower with great hot water pressure. The free breakfast had many choices of meats, eggs, breads, fruits, cereals, etc. The pool is a bit on the small side, and my husband said the water was a touch cool, but it was full of joyful children, even as early as 8:00 AM. It is great to find such a clean, comfortable, convenient and reasonably priced hotel in the Allentown area.
