I recently stayed at this hotel and really enjoyed two highlights — breakfast and bed comfort. Breakfast was outstanding, with a generous selection of fresh and tasty options. From fluffy pastries and fresh fruit to hot dishes made with quality ingredients, everything was well-prepared and satisfying.
The bed was equally impressive — the mattress was perfectly balanced between firm and soft, the pillows were supportive yet cozy, and the linens felt fresh and soft. I slept so well that it was hard to get up in the morning (even for that great breakfast!).
Overall, a wonderful combination of a delicious start to the day and a truly restful night’s sleep.

The room was clean and the beds were soft and comfortable, the bathroom was neat with good water pressure, my husband loved it. The staff were so nice and helpful. Wi-Fi worked well, and everything I needed was there and the breakfast was amazing. It was a good stay. I left there feeling refreshed I would definitely come back again.

Staff was courteous and kind. Clean facilities. Bar had a good selection. Free parking garage once you know where to park. Location good for walking to good restaurants and venues.

Our main issue was the door to the a/c was loud when the a/c kicked on. So randomly in the night it would vibrate loudly. It just kept waking us up.
The other small issue was there was a water spill on the desk/tv area that was there when we first arrived - likely from the last guest— so likely room wasn't wiped down well.
Other than those two things, we were happy with our stay.

The staff was awesome! There were issues with us getting into our room for awhile as they were still being cleaned. However, the staff was very accommodating and took care of us with some special perks.

From the time I arrived and from the time I left, the entire staff were amazing. They all went beyond my expectations. Very friendly and accommodating. They made me feel comfortable and at home. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy. I will stay there whenever I return to the Reading area! 5 stars!

Excellent staff. Amazing hotel with so many amenities for the price. No parking fee! I’ve been visiting Reading since 1989 and always stayed with family. This hotel changes everything. Thank you to the friendly staff. Definitively staying there again.
