Amazing customer service.very cosy and the best restaurant offers a variety of amazing traditional food and cheeses

I thought might give it another chance and came back after a couple of years but got dissapointed again. The rooms are outdated, with worn furniture and old, uncomfortable beds. The toilet was equally disappointing, with visible signs of wear and poor maintenance. For the steep price they charge, I expected much better. The sauna had a bad smell, cramped, and not at all relaxing, also kept switching off from time to time. This place hasn’t been updated in years, yet they’ve increased the prices (€110 double room) and they’re charging premium rates for subpar accommodations. The only thing i enjoyed was the food as they had really improved from last time i visited, but anyway i definitely won’t be returning. Not worth the money at all.

One of the best places I've ever been in Albania. We've spent 3 nights during the week at Natyral Razma, relaxing in the beautiful nature of this incredible resort. The food was excelent, some of the most authentic traditional dishes of Albania prepared with care and with fresh selected ingredients. A very welcoming staff ready to accomplish every single request! Thank you Natyral Razma!

September 2024 Location Center Price 80€+ You cannot enter to Razem without entering to this amazing place first. Is the first, the biggest and the only resort here. The staff is really friendly. They were so genuine, helpful and polite welcoming you with a smile and welcoming drinks. Even the neighbours of the village agreed this place has a great staff. When you call they usually answer within 3 rings. If you are in Shkodra this will be your first closest interaction, your nearest taste of the Alps. The Albanian king used to come here with his Royal family for the healing and regenerative properties of this area. The resort has an amazing breakfast, the design with wood and stones creates a sensation of warmth and tranquility. The pool is clean, beautiful and spacious and the sauna is there ready for you. 2-3days here will transform you into a new and better person. Must try the massage list. It will not be hard deciding if is worth coming back. This place makes also the perfect gift for couples, pro athletes, Christmas with family. Thank you so much for your service and hospitality, it has been a real pleasure.

Every time I visit this place, it feels like a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. I was especially impressed by the exceptional homemade food crafted from locally sourced ingredients. These culinary traditions are rare and add a unique touch that truly enhances the experience. It’s definitely worth a visit for anyone looking to savor something special!

This place is amazing, it lays in the middle of nature and the views are so good. The food is traditional and very tasty. If you go I totally recommend the artisanal ice cream, one of the best we have tried. The service was also one of the best. Realdo helped us navigate the menu and made some nice recommendations. He was kind, quick and knowledgeable. A must visit.

Good rooms and really good surroundings with walking routes close by .. It was our second visit having stayed for a few days last October but we really wanted to go back and enjoy the natural surroundings and some relaxation. What stands out is the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners who are willing to go out of their way to help you enjoy your time .. Suspect this won’t be our last visit !

A great place to stay in Razëm. Clean rooms and exellent service. The place is calm and intimate yet fun and provides activities (the pool, sauna, massages, etc.) either for a group of friends, couples or families. I will definitely visit again.

The hospitality, the rooms, the food, the view. The rooms have a mix between new and traditional. The head waiter was an excellent guy who recommended everything perfectly. A thank you goes to Mr. Shirazi, the waitresses for everything! See you again!

Great service, Martin was very kind with us and very helpful with the menu selection The rooms are cozy and warn. The indoor pool is also with warm water wheee your could have a great experience with friends.

In my opinion spending the weekend there with my family was the best decision not only because of the beauty of nature and the relaxing time u spent there but the stuff were perfect and very polite always being there for u and very cherish also the rooms were very cozy and warm the decoration of hotel felt like living under the roof of an traditional albanian house and the food had a very typical traditional serving wich made it more intresting
