Reserved (2) Queen Suites. After an exhausting day of traveling over 600 miles, arrived at property around 8pm. No one at desk during this time so you need to ring a bell. We were checked in w/o issues however when we got a to our rooms, one suite was down graded to a two bed room. The downgraded room did not have a working phone so we then needed to go downstairs to discuss the room issue. The male at the desk said the reason our room was downgraded was because they ran out of suites due to a maintenance issue w/o workers on the weekend to fix anything. I asked why we weren’t told upon checking in and he said, well I can give you a refund to go somewhere else. It was now later in the evening…where would we go? Felt they should have had the courtesy to let me know that our reservations could not be filled BEFORE we got to the property. We needed to stay there and unfortunately the room items like ice bucket, dresser and sink tops were not cleaned well. With coffee drips, etc. Most occupants were male construction workers at this location in a very depressed area. Rooms are also located either facing I-80 so you hear the trucks all night long like we did even with the A/C on or they face a lighted parking lot. This would not be for someone who needs somewhere quiet or dark to rest for the night. Breakfast was okay, but at 0600 when the breakfast started, breakfast items were sparse with not food enough to feed everyone there. Will not say here again!

Check in was fine, clerk was very nice. After getting to our room and unpacking, we turned down the bed only to find the sheets looked slept in, there were blood spots and a ***** hair near the pillows. We didn’t switch rooms because we were unpacked and ready for bed. We were given sheets to change the bedding ourselves. Next morning, blow dryer didn’t work. There was no phone in the room so I had to walk to the front desk for a new blow dryer. I was shocked to see the same desk clerk. He had been there almost 12 hours. Either he owns the place or they’re working him to death. Proceed with caution.

It was fine for one night. After reading the reviews which were marginal but having a pet fee that was affordable I booked a night. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and although it was carpeted it appeared new and unstained. the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was typical , although it wasn't all carbs. Scrambled eggs and really thin gravy. But I didn't stay the night in a midrange hotel to expect a 5 star breakfast! It met my needs perfectly.

5 Stars, best service yet Our stay was excellent. The check-in host was most helpful in getting us checked in. Our expectations were exceeded, main floor room and just off the breakfast dining/reception area. Best location we've ever had.

I got a good nights sleep, the staff was pleasant, not the greatest amenities but all I wanted or needed was a place to sleep and for that it was as good as any.

Front desk gave us a dirty room. We had to change to another room. We are staying for 1 night, and house cleaning woke us up at 8:30am to clean our room which we told them to come back later. Feels like they are trying to kick us out.

Nice hotel, but not perfect. It's a very nice hotel, but not perfect. There were some construction people staying there who wore muddy boots and the mud was everywhere - in the lobby, hallways, and the elevator. Also, little stuff like the front desk area needed paint, some carpets were ripped, and the mattress was stained. Overall, though, for the money, it was very good.
