Very nice place for an overnight stay (we were passing through). Strange way of checking in- at adjacent Penny’s Diner. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.
Penny’s Diner - food was good and portions were very generous! Service was good.

Check in was easy and quick (no lobby - check in was at the diner next door which was a little odd but worked ok). Area felt safe. Convenient location off the interstate. Room was very clean and bed was comfy. Mostly quiet but could hear some noises from other rooms nearby.

Room smelled like cat piss. They told me I didn’t have a reservation gave me the last room that was barely clean it was horrible

The shower was stained or dirty. TV not hooked up to a signal,the diner doesn’t have a paper menu, QR code menu not good for the old people..
No on grounds staff to answer questions. The diner staf has terrible customer service skills. For $200.00 a night I expect more customer service.

There was no drinking glass in my room and I called down to tell them and the desk person seemed surprised that I wanted one. In order to get a glass, I had to order coffee materials, which were delivered in a big bag. I have never stayed anywhere where they did not provide glasses. Also, even though I had prepaid my room I had to fill out a detailed registration form like they had never heard of me before. A strange place, this. I won’t be back.

The tub had age stains and could use some CLR but the water pressure was outstanding. The room was very clean.

Check in was easy and staff were so nice! I love the diner. I ordered take out and it was delicious. I had a horrible, stressful day. It was nice to unwind and relax. Thank you! Keep up the great work! 10/10

Staff was great. The 50's Diner was a plus. Wonderful people that were awesome to find. Will absolutely stay here again.

Kind of yuck
Check-in was at the cafe next door. Water pressure in the dirty shower was very high and very uncomfortable. This caused the shower curtain to mover about and not stay put, causing the bathroom floor to become covered in water. Faucets were difficult to turn. Please use plumbers silicone on washers when replacing them in the faucets.
