The hotel is still very new, and its cleanliness is well maintained. However, the sink in my bathroom was leaking.
The room is quite spacious, and the staff is friendly. So far, I’ve enjoyed my stay here. Please keep up the good work.

Shocked, how can a 4-star hotel be like this.
Towels are only delivered at 5 am, the swimming pool is only 1 meter deep, how can adults swim, the mattress is uncomfortable, the bed slides, the breakfast choices are few and mediocre, the playground is embarrassing, it's better not to have it at all.

Good service, all employees are well trained, cold AC, good room, smart TV, smooth wifi, pool, no food around the hotel, it's okay, just order by ojol, the downside is the floor is a bit sticky after mopping, it seems like the floor cleaner is not suitable and one more thing for the food, almost all of them are duds, the fiber cake, the most that is not fiber is the roll cake.

*************..request complimentary cake nya sesuai, so happy & cozy bgt stay di kamar junior suite nya yg cukup luas & terpisah area kamar dg living room..pool nya luas, tersedia pool utk anak2 & dewasa,.
So far so good.. 🤗 mngkin bs di tambah dg playground indoor & outdoor, InsyaAllah lebih kids friendly.. ☺️
