We have stayed in hotels all over the world, all stars and prices but this has to be the worst yet. The lift didn't work so we had to lug cases up 4 flights of stairs, The door handle to our bathroom came off in your hand when you touched it. The toilet seat wasn't attached to the toilet. The drain in the shower smelt of sewers. There was no safe in the room or hotel. The stairs banisters had broken glass struts on several floors. There were stains on every carpet and marks all over the walls. The aircon didn't go below 23deg. Beds were small singles and rock hard. The bathroom light only came on when it wanted to. The shower turned itself off when it wanted to and was very small (luckily we are not big people). We were woken by furniture being dragged around at 3am. The decor was from the 1970's and we've seen better hostels. The breakfast was mostly pre-packaged snacks from the supermarket.

If you enjoy pre-war period hotels this is the one for you. I have seen better standards at youth hostel's. The rooms are basic, no safe; bathroom door handles seem to be an extra if you want it secure to the door! This also applies to the toilet seat, unless you like the mystery of where it will go when you sit on it. Breakfast is a choice of something or nothing and we weren't the last ones down. The lift didn't work. And if you have children watch out for the broken or missing stair rails as you go up the stairs ! All in all a very poor experience for the price.

We stayed in this property over the Easter weekend. Unfortunately there was a bad smell, a dilapidated lift, old furniture (our soft mattress was placed on a base) and summary cleanliness. I don't want to dwell on it further, but I want to say that the hotel staff is very welcoming and kind. On Easter morning they let us find a Kinder egg. Since they are young, I really hope they can give a change of pace to this structure which, among other things, is located in a strategic position, because it is close to the station and a 5-minute walk from the main attractions. Just enough cleaning. Definitely old and poorly maintained structure. The attic room was very hot and dark. Air conditioning not working. Broken Geberit. Very uncomfortable bathroom. Door handle not screwed. Tree without air supply and smells musty. Last but not least, a terrible breakfast with very little choice and poor quality.

We booked the hotel via booking, the receptionist who welcomed us was really kind, explained how everything worked and allowed us to pay after settling into the room. The hotel looks a little run down, the room is also dated with very old finishes. Starting from the bathroom, the toilet seat was broken or rather a hook was broken, the silicone was moldy... furthermore it was not suitable because being used for the disabled, it had a mirror facing downwards, consequently we had to bend down to look at ourselves in the mirror. As for the room, the beds were nothing special. The breakfast was normal. For what we paid on a day in the middle of the week we expected a little more. I will attach photos
